Ana Sayfaya Dön

Did a live call earlier today. Vintage, throwback style. People submitted copy/funnels/offers/strategy questions for feedback....and I cooked. Covered a ton like: -Why brain fog is pretty much always a losing pain point in DTC (and what I'd do instead) -Reason AOV is meaningless on Meta...plus why I'd consider scaling...

CS2 BEFORE - AVG 875.7 - 1% 292.8 CS2 AFTER - AVG 918.6 (+4.8%) - 1% 328.7 (+12.2%) This is a follow up to this post: Windows 25H2 26200.6584 fresh install w/ 7.11.26.2142 Chipset Drivers (just released) on a 7800x3d with PBO SVM on, IOMMU on (realistic settings for someone playing competitively on FaceIT or playing VALORANT) For some reason people think I did not test or that I made up the numbers? Not sure what incentive I'd have to lie, but here's me showing a 4.8% increase in avg fps and and a 12.2% increase in 1% lows in CS2 by not using Core 0/1 and changing the heterogeneous short running thread policy to "All Processors". Again, I think the reason for this is Core 0/1 contention and the way the semantics of "Performant" vs "Efficient" are defined in the presence of PBO. No cuts in the video because for some reason people actually think I trying to deceive them (again - why?) so you can see there's no editing magic lmao. Again I want to reiterate I AM NOT selling anything. I will refuse any and all requests to do any optimization or consultation or anything else of the sort. This stuff has 0 interest to me as a business opportunity. I am solely curious about how it works for my own interest and to get more performance. If you have reason to believe my conclusion is wrong, then that's good! Just share it so we can figure out WHY this phenomenon exists. I don't work for AMD or Microsoft so why would I care? If there's a simpler way to have the same performance I'm all for it.

I just built a Claude Code plugin that spies on your competitors' entire funnel 🤯 Every "ad spy" tool stops at the ad. This one goes past the click → it finds their proven landing pages, tears down why each one converts, and walks the funnel all the way to the edge of checkout. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who keep screenshotting competitor ads but never see what actually happens after the click. If you're swiping competitor ads for "research," saving them to a board, and still guessing which landing page is doing the heavy lifting... guessing which offer is actually on the page... guessing what they're stacking in the cart to lift AOV... this plugin pulls the whole funnel apart for you: → Pulls every active ad from the Meta Ad Library and clusters them by landing page → Ranks pages by ad volume × run duration, so you see the proven winners, not the tests → Tears down each winning page: hook, offer, social proof, price framing, urgency → Builds a cart and reads the gift-with-purchase, bundles, and free-shipping thresholds → Walks checkout to capture order bumps and payment-plan offers (stops before "Pay now") No more screenshotting ads one at a time. No more guessing which page converts. No more missing the upsells that fund their ad spend. What you get: → A ranked leaderboard of any competitor's proven landing pages → A full teardown of why each one converts → Their entire pre-purchase upsell funnel, mapped → A SaaS-style report with everything saved locally Built 100% in Claude Code. I put together a full playbook showing the exact process to build this yourself — the stages, the scripts, and all of the prompts. Applied Intuition CEO Qasar Younis on the autonomous driving approaches being taken by Tesla and Waymo, and why both can succeed in the years to come: "Generally speaking, every single car company on the planet right now is working on a product that’s like a Tesla FSD product. Many companies are working on versions of that, that would become fully autonomous within a cheap sensor suite." "So the fundamental difference, just to simplify the Tesla approach versus the Waymo approach... the Waymo approach is lots of sensors and lots of compute, and maps, and the Tesla version is very few sensors, no high fidelity maps... and cheaper compute for a lack of a better word." "And the Tesla version of a product, this in the industry is called an L2++ product, is going to be available everywhere because it’s literally cheaper and it doesn’t require HD maps. The Waymo product functions better in a geographically constrained area." "So, fast forward five years, both of these types of technologies will be much more ubiquitous. L2++ and L4 will be much more ubiquitous, not only in the Bay Area or in parts of China, but really globally - there are companies working on this globally." "We’re at that moment for L2++ systems. Where people are willing to pay thousands of dollars for a semi-automated vehicle." "It will not be a long time — you’re already seeing this in China — where the downward pricing pressure for the autonomous product, for lack of a better word, will become close to free." I built an Agency Client Finder in Claude Code that finds DTC brands who need a creative agency, and writes the pitch for you 🤯 Drop in a niche → it scans the Meta Ad Library, finds brands that are spending on ads but running weak creative, and hands you a ranked prospect list with a tailored pitch for each. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for agencies who are great at the work but terrible at the pipeline. The hardest part of running an agency was never the creative, it's finding clients who actually need you AND have the budget to pay. So you cold-DM brands that ignore you, scrape LinkedIn for "Head of Growth" titles, and pitch brands that already have an agency or no budget at all. This finds the ones already raising their hand: → Drop in your niche (skincare, supplements, coffee, pet, men's grooming…) → It scans every brand running ads in the Meta Ad Library → Scores each one: spending on ads, but weak creative — low volume, stale, catalog-only, no video → Pulls their actual ad creatives and critiques them like a creative director → Looks up each brand's email + website so you can actually reach them → Hands you a ranked list with the evidence, a pitch, and the contact info No cold-list spray-and-pray. No pitching brands with no budget. No guessing who actually needs you. What you get: → A ranked list of brands spending on ads but starved for creative → Their real ads, with the exact creative gap named for each → A tailored pitch angle per brand — walk into the call with the evidence → Their actual email + website, so it's an outreach list, not a research list → Run it on any niche, any market, in minutes Built 100% in Claude Code, on the Meta Ad Library. I put together a step-by-step playbook showing you how to build this: the Ad Library scrape, the scoring, the whole pipeline.
