Went carnivore and OMAD two weeks ago. Lost 12 pounds. Blood pressure way down to ideal (no meds). Brain fog lifting. Feeling better overall. It does take discipline, carbs/sugar addicting (and toxic to me).

Compared to the decades most of us have been living, 30 days is a splash in the pan. That's like complaining you're not a pro after only 30 days of trying a new skill. Common sense is lacking in many.

It’s good short term. But not good long term. Just eat a balanced diet

Only 2 cholesterol samples as seen on graph would raise lots of questions on the validity of of the trend…

Great question, Dr. Baker. Bloodwork should always be interpreted in context rather than judging an entire dietary approach from a single marker. Metabolic health, triglycerides, HDL, glucose control, blood pressure, body composition, inflammation, lifestyle, and the individual's overall clinical picture all matter. Looking forward to hearing Eddy Burback’s full results and the discussion around them.

Good things are often difficult and require the time. Slowly I’ve been getting healthier and healthier. By the start of year two, it was undeniable. Couldn’t fool myself anymore even if I tried. You don’t even have to be full carnivore, but you do have to stop eating absolutely everything processed for an extended period.
