I don’t think there’s sufficient evidence in this abbreviated clip to be able to tell whether or not the individual was “handling the situation correctly“ or not. Should he have used a process server rather than delivering the papers himself? Does he have legal representation and does his lawyer condone what he did? IDK.

I am not sure what state this is. Doesn’t a constable or public official have to serve. Seems subpoenae is witnessed by a third party.

Pretty sure in this situation “him being involved in the lawsuit against the officer” he’s not allowed to serve him personally

Why do frauditors always have to lie. If he was lawyered up as he claims, his lawyer would have hired a process server to serve the officer.

He didn't do anything wrong however as a former process server he could've simply indentified the officer visually and by name and then put the subpeona face down on the windshield with the wiper.

He is served if you make contact with them. Put them to his arm or to his feet and your good. I got tackled for serving a public official on live TV but they had to let me go a few hours later. His service was right on the money. Other team will say different.
