Hey i work on this game! Heres a few tips, On the large enemies, defeat them using melee combat. It will launch you forward in the direction you defeated them. Use the dive on downwards slopes. The dropdash in it's current state is a momentum starter. It won't add to your speed.

The game looks great, I just think they could tone down the glow effects a bit. At level 0.07, for example, you can't even see Sonic for a moment because of all the effects and glow.

This looks fucking awesome though maybe you could tone downt he VFX somewhat? I'd like to be able to see the blue boi

Some of the effects work is very Smash Bros coded.

When you have the sparkles in Sonic hand, press a button (see the game description) to perform the movement
