Recall that decades ago (JonBenet was killed on 12/25/96) both Patsy and John Bennet Ramsey were indicted for child abuse leading to the death of JonBenet, but the DA at the time refused to sign the indictment so it just went away. How would any stranger know about that present, open it, and put them on JonBenet? Had she wet her size 6 bloomers and was being punished forced to wear the size 12 underwear in shame or was JonBenet wearing her size 6 bloomers when she was assaulted with Patsy's paintbrush and murdered and those underwear were disposed of and the size 12 placed on JonBenet for ease of rederessing her (kind of like what happened in Delphi - it is difficult to manipulate a deceased stiff body). Patsy wrote that 3 page "ransom" note, IMV. Why would a stranger know where to find Patsy's stationary and then spend 20-30 minutes writing a ransom note and then kill JonBenet? Either your motive is SA/ murder or it is money. I think Patsy panicked and wrote that note errently thinking it could serve to cover-up what happened. #JonBenetRamsey case update ⬇️ Netflix has released “Cold Case: Who Killed JonBenét Ramsey,” a three-part docuseries exploring the haunting 28-year-old mystery. This week I spoke one on one with her father John Ramsey while guest hosting Banfield - we discussed the frustrating journey to justice and why the Colorado Police Department has not invited independent investigative genetic genealogy labs to help solve the case … yet. I asked John Ramsey about his recent conversations with a new investigator about why they haven’t taken up ’s offer to help. He said “Well, we did. And basically what he said, Okay, look, there's some things happening that I can't tell you about, and don't think DNA technology is there yet. I totally disagree with that. I met the founders of Othram Labs, which is one of the cutting edge labs out there that'd be happy to help. I sent a letter to the chief based on my meeting with what I learned with Othram they said A) they don't destroy any DNA when they do testing on it anymore, which was one of the concerns. B) they have the ability to separate DNA, mixed DNA samples, which is one of the issues with the sample they got in 1997 they had an unidentified male DNA sample in early 1997 it was mixed, apparently, with the blood DNA that can, now technology wise, be separated. That's huge. And the third thing, they have the ability to do familial genealogy research, which has been wildly successful in solving Old, old cold cases. That's what we're asking the police to do. Go to one of these cutting edge labs, let them do new testing, and they need a new DNA sample. We have a DNA sample which was obtained in January 1997 of an unidentified male DNA. It's not in the format needed to do this familial genealogy research to be a new command, and that's why we need to do more testing. CHRISTMAS EVE MESSAGE FROM MOUNTJOY PRISON - ENOCH BURKE BETRAYED BY THE CHURCH Teacher Enoch Burke was imprisoned for over 500 days after refusing to use they/them pronouns for a child. His father Sean Burke is in prison this Christmas Eve. Sean Burke, father of Enoch Burke, is in a prison cell this Christmas Eve after a charge was brought against him by An Garda Síochána (Irish Police). Sean Burke was accused of pushing a female Garda against a radiator during an appearance by his son Enoch Burke in the Court of Appeal on March 7th, 2023. He strenuously denies the charge. The alleged incident, of a matter of seconds, allegedly took place in a congested area as Sean Burke was trying to exit the courtroom with his wife in front of him. There were at least seven Gardaí around the door. The alleged incident took place in the one location where there was no CCTV. There were no witnesses other than Sean Burke and surrounding Gardaí. The Garda who made the allegation, Victoria Fisher, was seen on CCTV seconds after the alleged incident walking in and out of the courthouse, chatting with colleagues and eventually walking away from the Four Courts. WHERE WILL IT END? As the Enoch Burke case has developed over the past months, many people have asked us the question, where will it end? This case should never have begun. It began when Enoch Burke was commanded by Niamh McShane, Principal of Wilson’s Hospital School, to use the they/them pronouns for a student. It was a command to endorse the ‘transition’ of this child from male to female, which of course is not possible. But this entire case would never have begun if Enoch Burke hadn’t been betrayed by the Church. THE BETRAYAL OF ENOCH BURKE BY THE CHURCH Bishop Pat Storey and Archbishop John McDowell of the Church of Ireland have never uttered a word about the case of Enoch Burke. The words of Scripture in the Prophet Isaiah calls such people ‘unfaithful shepherds’, “…dumb dogs, they cannot bark” (Isaiah 56:10). Take the collars and cloaks from these people and there is a hatred of Christian truth underneath - silent for two and and half years while a teacher who upheld their own ethos languishes in the darkness of a prison cell. It is starkly hypocritical that Catholic Archbishop Eamon Martin will sit with Archbishop John McDowell on Christmas Day and deliver a Christmas message to the nation. Does Eamon Martin know that John McDowell has betrayed Enoch Burke by his silence? We spoke recently to Eamon Martin, Catholic Archbishop and Primate of All Ireland and asked him to speak out when the Irish Government was changing the definition of gender from God’s definition, male and female, to include a multiplicity of genders. Archbishop Martin remained silent, and only publicly addressed the issue on X five minutes AFTER the vote was called in Dáil Éireann (Irish Parliament). Eamon Martin, Catholic Archbishop, and John McDowell, Protestant Archbishop - these men are sitting together, agreeing together, travelling together, going to football matches together. They are chums. These men are betraying the parents of this country by their silence on the destruction of their children through the perversion of the new sex education curriculum in Irish schools - a curriculum that promotes pornography and every form of perversion, filth and depravity to children in every school in Ireland. When you hear the ‘Christmas message’ from these men this Christmas, stand back and ask why they have nothing to say on transgender ideology. Are they what they say they are, the successors of the Apostle Paul, who lived and died for the truth? However, in a subsequent High Court affidavit, the Chairperson of the Appeal Panel Seán Ó Longáin swore on oath that the Appeal Panel had always intended to reconvene the hearing, and that the decision to re-open the hearing was in no way connected to the concerns Enoch Burke had raised. These were demonstrably false statements and were shown to be such by Enoch Burke. Martina Burke has operated a tuition centre in Castlebar Co. Mayo for over 25 years. In this year’s Leaving Certificate exams 40% of students achieved H1 in Higher Level English, with 63% achieving H3 or above in Maths (HL). In 2021 a mother requested assistance for her son who had no school place. The child thrived academically and behaviourally, excelling in his studies. Professionals advised that the child could not succeed at a mainstream school at the time, and that the education he was receiving from the Burkes was the best for him for the present. TUSLA were carrying out an initial assessment involving the child at the time but excluded Martina Burke from the process. According to TUSLA’s own policy all professionals involved with a parent and child are consulted as part of an initial assessment. The child’s difficulty in securing a school place went to the District Court. TUSLA gave evidence that the child would receive services upon enrolment in mainstream school. These included SNA, OT, speech and language and NEPS. On the basis of this evidence the court directed that the child be enrolled in a mainstream school. None of the promised services were provided. The child has spent the last two years on a school corridor or in an isolation room. Martina Burke wrote to the Principal twice but never received any response. Martina Burke attended a meeting with CAMHS on 14 August. The two doctors present, Dr. Ronan Rice and Dr. Mark Farquhar, led Martina Burke to believe that they knew nothing about the child’s circumstances at school. In reality CAMHS were fully aware of the child’s horrific experiences at mainstream school over the past two years. When TUSLA were asked why they excluded Martina Burke from the initial assessment they said they were “not in a position to comment.” When Martina Burke pressed for answers TUSLA sent the matter to a ‘third party’, an ‘independent complaints officer’ named Mary Hargaden. Far from being independent Ms Hargaden spent 40 years working with HSE/TUSLA. In 2021 her consulting company received a contract from TUSLA for €1.5 million. Martina Burke received over 22 emails and letters from Ms Hargaden but never received an answer as to why she was excluded. In a report issued last month Hargaden stated that TUSLA “appear to have intended” to consult with Martina Burke about the child’s educational progress. They never did however. CAMHS have several inpatient residential units across Ireland. The logo for these units is the LGBT flag which is a promotion of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender ideology. If you wish to foster a child in Ireland TUSLA require that you are willing to affirm LGBT ideology. Christian belief is not tolerated. The High Court has never assessed whether the principal’s instruction was legitimate. It has repeatedly refused to acknowledge the true basis for the disciplinary action against Enoch Burke and has never determined Enoch Burke’s claim that there has been a breach of his constitutional rights. Notwithstanding, it has purported to uphold the lawfulness of Enoch Burke’s suspension. In all of these matters the High Court is wholly at odds with the recent judgment of the Court of Appeal. Today Judge David Nolan refused to have regard to the findings of the Court of Appeal and threatened to find members of the Burke family in contempt of court for raising the issue. Judge David Nolan refused to allow Enoch Burke’s affidavit or submissions to be opened or addressed in court. This behaviour is extremely concerning. Judge David Nolan stated today he does not want to put Enoch Burke back in prison. In the same breath he has accused Enoch Burke of having “a perverted sense of justice”. The truth is that Judge David Nolan knows that the public is appalled and outraged at the perverted actions of the Irish Courts over the past three years as Enoch Burke has been repeatedly denied his constitutional rights, the very rights which Judge David Nolan and others have solemnly vowed to uphold. All of this would never have happened but for the silence of the Church. The Church has betrayed Christ and been silent. For the last three years Enoch Burke has been made a pariah and a scapegoat for refusing to affirm transgenderism. The ethos of Wilson’s Hospital School, a Church of Ireland school, is Christian. Its teaching is “God made them male and female”. ‘Bishop’ Patricia ‘Judas’ Storey, the Patron of Wilson’s Hospital School, has betrayed this ethos, as has Archbishop John ‘Judas’ McDowell. Enoch Burke stood up for the ethos of Wilson’s Hospital School in 2022 when Principal Niamh McShane instructed all students and staff to use the ‘they’ pronoun for a male student. He objected to this demand. Storey and McDowell were silent and agreed with corrupt judges who upheld Enoch Burke’s unlawful suspension. When you see these people in their pulpits, making their fair speeches, think of Enoch Burke - locked up for over 500 days, stripped of his salary and denied his constitutional rights. Under law, the hearing should be public. Today’s hearing was not public. Enoch Burke spent approximately 6 hours at this hearing today with no legal advice or support in the room. The panel set up by the Teaching Council to investigate Enoch Burke includes Chairperson Andy Pike, Clodagh O’Hara, and Adrian Guinan. Panel members Andy Pike and Adrian Guinan left the building flanked by security. We understand that Clodagh O’Hara remained in the building until the Burkes had left to avoid being seen. Enoch Burke asked Mr Andy Pike to step down due to social media activity expressing bias against him and support of the LGBTQ+ agenda. The second man who was ـshot was treated and released from a nearby hospital, authorities said. Meanwhile, Lucas' family has created an online fundraiser to help pay for funeral expenses. After Enoch Burke raised serious concerns, the Appeal Panel (DAP) cobbled together an additional hearing for this Saturday the 10th of January 2026. However it is now clear the DAP appeal cannot proceed with the same panel members that denied Enoch Burke basic rights, one of whom is a former ASTI Vice-President who blatantly stated at the outset of the hearing “If I were instructed by my principal to call a child whatever, I have to implement that instruction, I don’t make the instruction”. Enoch Burke’s application for an injunction halting the Appeal Panel’s handling of his appeal was due to be heard by the High Court this morning at 11am. One minute before the proceedings were due to start, a solicitor for the Appeal Panel approached Enoch Burke and informed him that the so-called “re-convened” hearing on Saturday 10th January would be cancelled. The High Court granted the DAP time to file a replying affidavit. The matter is back in the High Court on Wednesday, 21st January 2026. It is a scandal that Enoch Burke has to fight to simply get a fair hearing of his appeal.
