This commercial keeps playing on TV and social media platforms, and it annoys me every time I hear it. It truly exemplifies the modern Ottawa Liberals, and the audience they are targeting. It's all about nostalgia for a time long ago. It's literally a video about a project that was completed almost 80 years ago. It's less a celebration of progress and more a damning indictment of modern Liberal leadership's stagnation. It's like a faded postcard from a bygone era, desperately trying to evoke national pride while glossing over decades of underwhelming achievements, ballooning deficits, and bureaucratic bungling. Far from inspiring confidence, this glossy ad reeks of deflection, highlighting how little Canada has accomplished on the grand scale since the mid-20th century, and how the Liberals' tenure since 2015 has turned infrastructure promises into a parade of failures. If anything, we should be enraged at our lack of progress in the last 30 years. Does anyone trust the Carney Liberals to build anything significant?

We went to the Congressional Black Caucus setup for tomorrow and was discriminated against , by the party who claim to fight for Democracy. After that, we pulled into Target. As we were getting out of the car a traffic controller who was standing right by our car. Saw our shirts and hats and loudly said, “we don’t fuck with Trump here.” Mind you, we don’t know him , we didn’t speak to him , we were simply exiting our vehicle. Someone called the police to report him . For people to feel comfortable saying and harassing folks like that because they’re brainwashed is ridiculous. But let it be known: you found the right Republicans. We’re a different breed. God made us exactly how He wanted us. Don’t come for us — we stand our ground. #DCparkingenforcement

Because at the same time, we are opening Pandora’s box and allowing a lot of hate speech on these platforms and social media. We are too weak and too naive. And we should ask these platforms, first, to completely block bots. We have to be sure there is one single person with one account. If this is an AI system, if this is bought and organized by a big organization, it should simply be forbidden. We need transparency of the algorithm. We are a democracy. We don’t ask for the IP, but we do ask for transparency, which is part of our democracy. We need responsibility from these platforms when they don’t respect our social order, when they don’t respect our rules. And to allow us to do so, we have to go further in order to sue those who clearly decide not to respect our rules and our regulation. And we should block all those who refuse to comply.
