Did this obvious Patriots passing tendency help Seattle wreck their offense in the Super Bowl? In 2025, when New England used 11 personnel WITHOUT Mack Hollins on the field, in games he played, they passed on 54 of 56 snaps in normal early down situations. 96.4% Pass. One missing... receiver practically told you what was coming. That situation came up six times in the Super Bowl. The first four results: 1st and 10: Sack. 2nd and 13: Quick pressure, dumped into the flat for a loss of two. 2nd and 7: Sack. 1st and 10: Sack. All four possessions ended in punts. None produced another first down after those plays. Watch the clips. Despite these being early downs, Seattle showed virtually no respect for the run. They attacked with aggressive rushes and pressures. I can’t prove Seattle identified this specific tell. But this is exactly the kind of edge Mike Macdonald hunts. I will place the odds he knew at 99%. Multiple people have told me about what he calls the “KGB,” an operation for searching for opponent tendencies and checking his own team for tells. I think Macdonald is a generational defensive play caller. And this operation contributes to that. I’ve run my own “KGB” operation for teams I’ve worked for. We were not a remotely good football team with the Raiders last year, but we used several incredibly strong Josh McDaniels and Patriots tendencies to help beat them in Foxborough in Week 1. Looking back at how the season unfolded, that might have been the biggest upset of the year. Beyond this personnel tell, McDaniels has a number of extremely heavy passing tendencies from shotgun that we were able to take advantage of. He needs to be tracking these kind of metrics weekly and if not it is making it easy for some of these elite DCs. The Hollins one will be a less of an issue with the WR improvements. I think they need to be careful it doesn’t become too run heavy when he is in vs others

My first Allsvenskan goal was against Djurgården at Fredriksskans on the 10/05/2008. Before I made my first team debut for Kalmar FF, I spent 3months playing for the reserve team while I training with the first team on a daily basis. My first encounter with Nanne Bergstrand before I signed with Kalmar FF, he told me how much he trusted me and how he will love it that I joint the team after laying down the plans for me in the team. He said "you will be the joker of the team this season" I didn't understand what he meant be that but I didn't care about that because I trusted myself enough that I will definitely play more than a joker role if given the chance. So during this 3months playing for the Reverse Team I was not happy at missing games for the first team at all because training with them made me feel like I can play in this team. During one of the games with the reverse team against Malmo FF away from home was when everything thing changed for me. Playing against them is always difficult even their first team. We won the game 3-4 and i scored 4 scored 4 goals against a very good Malmo FF reserve team and that was the last time I played for the reserves that season. The next day there was no recovery for me so I had to training with the first team as usual. Nanne called me before training and told me I will be with part of the first team match squad moving forward. May 10th I scored my first Professional goal after being on the pitch for 10mins and I did it in style. I was so happy to have scored the last goal of the game to give us a comfortable 5-1 win. The joy and tears in my eyes was the reward for my patience and determination to prove myself that I have a place in the first team. I went on to play 21 games for the first team and became the replacement for our Brazilian star Caesar Santin who joined Fc Copenhagen. Be patient with yourself and trust in your abilities to make it happen.

Cam Johnson says goodbye to the Nets: "I love the people in that building... I enjoyed it because of that, and I had faith in what we were building because of that. I really think Jordi's a fantastic coach. Playing that one season under him, personnel constantly shifting, we had trades, we had injuries, he always maintained such a good approach to the team, and he was always able to motivate us to play hard. Our record wasn't great, but I think throughout the season we consistently gave effort. And I credit our coaching staff a lot for that. Two years there, playoffs when we first got there. TeamSESH is dq'd from Challenger Series after qualifying for the event Q4 Game 1 enemy team protests for Kixa's moss based on the attached video as "proof of cheating". One of the guys on the other team admitted to us in dms that the protest was just cuz they were mad they lost. Head admin pauses our next game and makes us open a ticket; he requests moss from each of us. None of us had it for this first game because we agreed with the other team to not run it prior to the game (aforementioned player who dm'd Kixa was his friend). He then requests moss from all of us from our entire qual. I did not run moss on every game, given some games were against ppl I have played a thousand times and did not feel the need. Regardless this disqualification was from me not running moss for this qualifier. The admins did not care that we had provided dozens of previous moss files from our recent win in XGS and OCS. I understand that they felt they must make this ruling in order to stay in line with their rule book. I still feel that the way in which this was conducted was not within their own rule book given scrupulous evidence and requiring us all to provide moss for the report of one player. Regardless, I was in the wrong for not running it and have to accept that I costed my teams ability to show how hard we worked for this. Everyone with half a brain knows that we do not cheat. Major apologies to everyone that was waiting to see what we could do. We appreciate your support and we will not let a mistake define who we are.

The story of what happened to Henry Hill after the events of Goodfellas is arguably just as interesting as what took place in the film, albeit more tragic. Despite what a lot of people believe, Henry was only in the witness protection program for two years. Ed McDonald, the prosecutor who helped turn Hill into a cooperating witness - and who also played himself in Goodfellas - explained what happened to him afterwards. “I can’t tell you how many times a month I read that Henry Hill was in the program for seven years, Henry Hill was in the program for six years, Henry Hill was in the program for ten years. Henry goes into the program in June of 1980… In August of 1981, Henry was in his third city. So he had blown Omaha, he had blown the suburbs of Cincinnati and Kentucky, and he was now in Seattle. And I get a phone call from Washington and they said, ‘He’s blown it again. He’s done.’ I go down, I plead with them. They said, ‘Look, he’s out. He’s out as of September 1st. We will fund him through the end of the year so he can have the wherewithal to be testifying at the point-shaving case. But after that, he’s done.’ By the 1st of January, 1982, Henry was out of the witness protection program. This is when I come in, and I’m sort of like Henry’s guardian angel. I went to Steve Carbone of the FBI and I said, ‘He’s working on all these cases because he cooperated in many cases for us. The witness protection program and the Justice Department are not going to do it anymore. Can the Bureau come up with some money?’ So the Bureau came up with money to support him for about six months, and then the Bureau pulled the plug. I had a friend at the New York City Police Department, a detective who did homicide cases in organized crime matters. And we worked out a deal where we’d bring Henry in, and Henry would talk about organized crime murders. And for every murder that they could close, Henry would get paid some money. I don’t remember what it was. It was probably $500 or $1,000. And at one point, I said to Henry, ‘Who have you been identifying as being responsible for these organized crime murders?’ There were like 30 of them. He started telling me the names of the people, and the vast majority of the people he identified were dead. They were people who had been killed themselves… So the detectives were closing the cases, which means that they get credit for solving a murder. But they didn’t necessarily solve the murder - I think they were allowing wise guys who were responsible to go scot-free. So it was kind of crazy. But that sort of dried up by 1984, 1985. At that point, Henry had no support from the government any longer. And at the time, he was doing crazy stuff. He was getting arrested. Mostly, what he was getting arrested for was the result of alcoholism. He’d go out and go to a bar and get blind drunk, then go out and drive and get arrested for DWI. And then maybe he’d throw a punch at the cops. And one time I called the prosecutor in Kansas or someplace, and I said, ‘What happened?’ They said, ‘Well, he was arrested for breaking and entering.’ ‘They found him at a grocery store on the floor with a six-pack of beer. It was after the bars had closed. Henry wanted to keep drinking, so he broke into a grocery store and just went and got a six-pack.’ I guess some alarm went off that Henry didn’t hear, and they found him on the floor and arrested him for breaking and entering.” It was crazy, sort of minor-league stuff until, I guess, late '87… (1/2)
