You don’t need dessert when you have delicious sweet fruit. Fruit is hydrating, satiating, healthy, good for the gut and much more. Fruit also contains structured water which is better energetically for us. Eating seasonal and local fruit will inform your body about the environment you are in - light information encoded into matter, and help your body perform in that environment. All sugars are not the same. Your body performs best with fruit. Don’t be scared of it! I never met a person who got fat eating fruit! The way fruit is structured (predominantly water and fiber), it’s very very hard to ‘overeat’ to the point of weight gain when eating plain natural fruit. So eat more fruit!
