Did you know this about headaches?

He is not a doctor, he has a BS in Biology which is slightly more qualified than Tony Robins and Jillian Michaels. Some headaches are d/t dehydration, some neurological and no amount of "salt" will fix those.

I drink salt water every morning. No change in my headaches. It's not that simple.
