She doesn't do the work. She's lazy and collects a check. We've seen it time and time again. Her staff has said as much. She refused to prepare and then yelled at them when things go bad. She refused to do the work on the border and allowed record numbers of illegals. She's the definition of someone that has been gifted her positions for reasons other than merit.
