This is factually incorrect. Africans have far more archaic DNA than caucasians. It just isn’t Neanderthal dna. It’s not clear exactly what it is (likely homo habilis, or Erectus, which are too old to sequence). Africans have a larger percentage of a more primitive, foreign DNA.
