As a former candidate I can say. The difference between the successful candidates and unsuccessful ones is just a few questions that is about it. This whole glorification of the exam and the job needs to stop. I mean char question ratte hue aagye toh paas nahi toh fail.

It is the toughest exam just because of sheer number of aspirants willing to sacrifice their youth, be unskilled for five years and then when they clear it suffer from God syndrome. Random facts ka ratta maarna is not the only part but a very important part of the exam.

This kind of mindset is for sure going to land up the aspirants in horrible situation. It's the most unpractical approach towards COMPETITIVE EXAMS. In competition seats are limited,and time bound. So, no matter how much perseverance you have, one day it has to end. #option.

One of those officers I admire and look up to.
