Interesting & observant. I remember in Europe I noticed the nights had a different cast due to the use of Sodium Vapor street lights (yellow cast) rather than metal halide (blue cast) in Texas. Then in Southern Europe they use a lot more Florescent (white cast).

Curious as to if this is "real-time" lighting on a layer of spite animation or what filters are going on
