Digimon Adventure 02: ( 2000 / 2001)

Hot take: Digimon delivered on every level in a way Pokemon never could 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣

I love that Imperialdramon wholly unnecessarily destroys this fucking castle during its digivolution sequence.

That is still one of my favorite designs and evolutions

Loved imperialdrramon and wargreymon

Making the goddamn opening the evolution theme of their biggest beatstick was one more reason Imperialdramon was the coolest. Also, BlackWarGreymon, without the Crest of Courage on his shield, forgot a lesson from a past life, so he lost.

Imperialdramon fighter is still my favorite digimon, love this scene.
