Digimon World 2 (2001)

Safe to say not the best game, but nostalgia for that music just came flooding back!

Even the clips have to be played at 2x speed

It took me forever to realize that I needed to DNA digivolve my digimon to increase the level cap 😂. It's my favorite digimon game. I hope it gets a remake that includes a PvP mode.

The grind is INSANE in this game. Probably one of THE WORST RPG experiences just for that. Still a really good game. Solid OST, solid turn based combat that relies on speed but that has the twist of Interrupt and Counter attacks. Wish they remade it with less grind.

I still play this shit every now and then... no shame

Great game! Only thing was the 9999 issue, but it was fun to go through the Domains and see what Digimon you could get. And remember, this was before the internet so you couldn't find a walkthrough for it as well until years later
