DISGUSTING: Dr. Mostafa Barghouthi made one of the most disgusting comments that has been circulating since October 7, 2023, saying: "They killed 22,000 children. But Gaza produced 82,000 live children during the last two and a half years. This is a miracle for me." The word "produced" is chilling. Palestinian children are not products to replace those who were killed. Every child lost is an irreplaceable human being, not a statistic to be offset by new births. This kind of rhetoric reduces Palestinians to a blood bank for an ideology. It treats our suffering, our dead, and our children as expendable in the name of so-called "resistance." I cannot describe the anger and contempt I feel for anyone who speaks about Palestinian lives this way. Shame on every media outlet, journalist, and podcaster that continues to give this disgusting human being a platform.
