Diversity is Conformity. Equity is Inequity. Inclusion is Exclusion. “Anti-Racism” is Racism. “Anti-Fascism” is Fascism. My friend, former prof, & co-author Jed Rubenfeld absolutely nails it here. No, Harvard & Yale shouldn’t fight antisemitism by expanding speech codes. They should do it by embracing *true* free speech itself.

“The worst form of inequality is to try to make unequal things equal.” - Aristotle

We should dissolve all diversity Inclusion and Equity (DIE) garbage. It's fundamentally racist and is against the law.

I have to agree here. It’s by embracing free speech, and the counter points we see things clearly. Even if Harvard stopped students from saying it publicly, the idea exists and that’s the issue. To combat an idea it must be done openly with intellect for all to see.

They are not Universities of higher education. They are really Hedge Funds that occasionally do teaching of ESG and other social policy.

Amen! We may not agree with your speech but we must defend your right to that speech!

.@VivekGRamaswamy This 👆 from a guy who made assertions like "racism is manufactured in the U.S." and downplayed the prevalence of white supremacy. Same guy who drew a parallel between Rep. Ayanna Pressley, a Black Democrat from Massachusetts, and the Ku Klux Klan. This is nothing but misinterpretation of equality efforts: Sometimes, efforts to address historical racial inequalities (like affirmative action policies) are misinterpreted as "reverse racism." However, these efforts are designed to correct systemic imbalances and provide opportunities to historically marginalized groups, rather than to oppress the majority group. And pretty sure you get that. You are just appeasing to the MAGA base. #racism

Free speech will be one of the most pivotal aspects of this generation. The path we take will define history for centuries to come.

When you live in a backward world, Stating the obvious is controversial.

It's particularly true here because the proposed free speech restrictions will immediately be applied for DEI purposes once this hysteria passes.

I think as free speech, true free speech, is restored along with the correct concepts of equality & meritocracy—I’d expect the push back from the left to be vicious.🤔
