Sanjay Singh, Brij Bhushan and their team want that. They are in power and control everything." London was handed over to Tommy's terror gang today. People could have been seriously hurt! I spent the day on both sides of the divide. I marched with the nationalists and the anti-fascists and after witnessing all the violence, hate and Islamophobia, my conclusion is that Tommy Robinson's hate marches should be banned. This is not a normal march, it's a thuggish rampage of Britain's worst sort. The far-right are a danger to Britain and mustn't be allowed to batter their way into power.

Galgotias Uni is just one product of the culture of sycophancy that’s corroding all aspects of public life in India. The first thing to be destroyed was TV news — and in this case too much of the blame lies with DD News for amplifying such blatant lies. But then the channel’s recent most prized hire was Sudhir Chaudhary The only reason that byte was played and for that university to be at the AI Summit is that it fits the current government’s vision for what a model place of higher education should be. Unquestioning. Unthinking. Sheep-like. Model students that Sudhir can praises versus the naxal tukde tukde types. In all of this, it’s really sad situation for the students there. These guys would have paid a significant amount of fees for such poor mentorship. fwiw, i am told the summit has some pretty good exhibits and will hopefully get the attention they deserve.

Even the government-run schools in China are 100× better than India's private schools. India could have been a better country than what it is now only if there were rational people in our country - who questions the government, protests against it, instead of licking their boots and worshipping them. These days, some people at Jantar Mantar are protesting to end reservation because they believe casteism no longer exists. But reality cannot be hidden. Most of the videos coming out of this Reservation Hatao Andolan are revealing the true colours of the casteist people gathered there. Anyone with even a basic sense of caste consciousness would condemn the hostility directed at fellow countrymen over reservations. The very foundation of our Constitution was meant to guarantee dignity and freedom from the old social order. Yet if that foundation has been mocked and undermined for 80 years of independence, it sets a dangerous precedent one where the republic’s founding promise is treated as negotiable. What surprises me is this: many of my fellow SC, ST, and OBC individuals who found themselves sympathetic to Hindutva politics, and who even amplified its narratives, seemed to feel nothing during the “Reservation Hatao” movement. Perhaps because they believe casteism only exists in “small, underdeveloped, uneducated villages” — never in their own circles. But you have been insulted, mocked, and ridiculed simply for existing. So look around you now. Look at who follows and supports RHA’s handle. It’s time to introspect. Jai Bhim.
