On many occasions, DMK & Congress MPs from the South have peddled this fake narrative about BJP's Hindi imposition. If there's one party that has been against such an imposition and always supported the vitality and diversity of the country's languages, it's the BJP. Dr Syama Prasad Mookerjee took a stand against one official language & spoke about the contributions of all of India's languages during the Constituent Assembly Debates. That's the position of the BJP even now. It is rather the Congress which has been imposing Hindi on the South. In the last 60 years, the Congress got 4 opportunities to draft the National Education Policy. Every time, the NEP came with a 3-language formula under Nehru, Indira Gandhi & Rajiv Gandhi where in the non-Hindi speaking states, Hindi was made compulsory. But through NEP 2020, Sri Narendra Modi Ji Government has changed this aspect and left it to the choice of the student to study any regional language.

Anti Hindi imposition agitation shown in Parashakthi movie was not just about Tamil identity or pride. It was about livelihood and opportunity of non-Hindi speaking Indians. **The interview scene of Sivakarthikeyan's character just before the interval block portrays the horrific reality of Hindi imposition** The trailer cut didn't place that scene to avoid spoilers. But that's the most important scene and a take away of this movie for the young generation who learns about this historic protest. 🔹 The anti–Hindi imposition movement ALSO fought for English as a neutral link language across India. One that is not native to any Indian region and people. 🔹 Hindi was already the mother tongue of many North Indians, giving them a built-in advantage for Hindi speakers in competitive exams, jobs, businesses etc., For non-Hindi speakers, it is a huge disadvantage. 🔹 English ensured equal access to education, jobs, and mobility, across India and across the world for all Indians as it is not a native language for anyone in India. Abhijeet Dipke arrived at the Delhi airport. - He was expecting a lot of people to welcome him but very few people were there. - Delhi Police was also there and gave him permission to protest at Jantar Mantar till 5 PM. - Dipke's plan to go to Police Station and play victim card busted. - Dipke will now go Jantar Mantar where some like minded individuals will shout in 40°C. - At around 5 PM, Dipke will tell Delhi Police that he wants to protest till 10 PM. - And Delhi Police will give him that permission as well. 😂😂😂 Dipke's plans to play victim card are falling apart at a very rapid pace.

Ravinder Jatheri is on Hunger Strike since last 77 days against the misuse of SC/ST Act. But, our Govt, Judiciary and even Media are least bothered. When protests were announced against UGC bill then Govt used brutal force and arrested hundreds of people to prevent them from organizing any protest. Govt denied us permission multiple times to protest at Jantar Mantar against the misuse of Laws and Male Suicide. We were forced to leave the protest venue sharp at 5 pm whenever we protested at Jantar Mantar. Our entire team were arrested within 10 minutes when we assembled to do a candle March at India Gate in Dec 2024 to demand Justice For #AtulSubhash. But, the same Govt provided protection and allowed CJP to protest at Jantar Mantar for weeks. Seems, Govt of India has decided to implement 100% reservation in organizing protests and demonstrations. Only women, LGBTQ and some special category people are allowed to do any kind of protests in the country now.
