Do men have a Shabbas morning kiddush drinking problem?

I'm glad to hear from @MendyTV that Crown Heights doesn't have this drinking problem: "We don't have a shabbos morning drinking problem in Crown Heights because we don't finish daavening till the afternoon. So we cool."

Morning Sickness? Stomach bug? Chemotherapy? One too many drinks? Grab a Buddy, not a dirty toilet bowl! As seen on Fox's Snake Oil, the Sick Buddy is a cushion that keeps you clean, comfortable, and safe when you're feeling ill. Get it quick, before you get sick :)

I would also drink if I had to listen to this. 😂

Be nice now...

If I didn't drink shabbos morning and was married to her, I would start drinking.

Ok, but falling asleep because of the cholent has the same effect. Once you sleep too long Shabbos afternoon it causes the spiral.

Very good point.

The way she's describing the Problem is much bigger then the alcohol .

I wonder if some men drink specifically on Shabbos because they stress running a Seduah with their whole family.

Good points here. Drinking is not against Halacha....But if someone can't connect to the experience of Shabbos without drinking, they're missing something very big.

If this woman's biggest issue is that her devout, devoted, synagogue-attending husband has a few whiskies with the boys on a Saturday, she needs to get a life and count her blessings.
