Do not hire woke people to work for you.

As a corporate hiring manager [recently retired] I never took an interview with a person with pronouns in their bio. They were not the type of people I wanted on my team.

If you work with someone who demands pronouns, just refer to them by their first name always. Don’t use any pronouns. Don’t give in.

actually having pronouns on a resume is fantastic, it is the first layer of filtering out people that are unhireable. Pronouns? immediately goes into paper shredder.

One of the reasons a family member sold her business in Portland. She couldn't find any workers that didn't make customers uncomfortable because of their desire to make statements.

The leftist mind virus affects how someone works too. Don't hire liberals. Follow if you agree.

SHHHHHH! God dammit! Don't tell them! For Pete's sake, y'all, this is the easiest way to weed out terrible candidates. It's right there at the top of the resume, you don't even have to read it. If they figure out we're all trashing their resumes, they'll remove their pronouns!!

That demographic has been told that whatever their wants and needs are, they must be catered to. The "everybody gets a trophy" crowd has become adults and still expect everyone to keep kowtowing to them.

That would be a negative right from the start. I want work ethics in the people I hire, not stupidity

So basically don't hire any zoomer females then.

These are the types of people she is describing that companies hire to fill the seats of HR and DEI departments.
