I would die in an office like this. Who clocks in at 10am?! I love getting to the office early and have the place almost to myself. I get so much work done in the 2-3 hours before people arrive. I hope they all get massively fat with all that eating!!

Why can’t you admit it’s all Indians, and why are Indians everywhere? Why do we still allow visa with over 70% Indians who came here with fake degree while our underemployment is over 42% ?

They are by far and wide the most useless “work force” known to the US. indians do absolutely nothing, they are incredibly stupid, lazy, and entitled. It’s insane how bad this problem has become. Big corporations who hired these people should be forced to fire them and then answer for even going along with it in the first place. Thousands upon thousands of jobs were stolen from our own college grads looking to make a living and these companies owe our citizens an apology.

When I worked for them they had eliminated the cowboys, the 10% who did 50% of the work and adopted agile and other systems in which they slowly pushed work out like toothpaste from a tube. No overtime allowed. All work was mediocre.

Those videos are in Indian. You should talk about how Microsoft abuses the work visa program that undercuts American students trying to get a job. Many folks are struggling to find a job, but they bring work visas over and give them jobs. Microsoft is a sick company.

Honestly, Microsoft and every company this size are to blame here. They hire a buttload of people simply because they can, and while the money is flowing alls good. Hiring should be done with intention, and being too rich without a clear workforce plan invites this.

This is true. My friend used to job hop between tech companies. They barely do any work at all. They call it a "cush job". Get overpaid to hang out, play on your phone and enjoy all the company perks like free food and unlimited PTO. Such a waste of investor money.
