The issue is @timthetatman ‘s problem is a 1% of players problem, the average gamer will not be running into “racist stream snipers” BUT The fact the devs are stupid enough not to remedy this for streamers is insanity, obviously any game that the big streamers quit, many of their fans will also quit. When I watch streamers play it makes me want to play that game more

Hackers, campers, rats, dupers, sweats. Arc Raiders PVP is exhausting. PVE solves pretty much every issue the game has. They won’t but PVE deserves its own progression and loot. They plan to reduce the loot which makes PVE long term not worth playing.

A little self absorbed, especially considering tim didn't play this game much. Abmm is what turned off PvP players, because it was literally sbmm and this particular extraction shooter wasn't designed to have the entire lobby playing super agro pvp. They never addressed the gameplay after adding in abmm so it wasn't fun.

It's very simple why PvP games can't stay popular. Most people play games for fun. + Some people only play to ruin the fun. + Nothing stopping them from ruining people's fun. + Sometimes game features help them ruin the fun. = Most players leave because it's not fun.

I think this is a definition problem, streamer privilegde aside. A game is not dead if it has issues with fun elements but a game is unstreamable if it has these problems. Unstreamable does not mean dead, it just means its not going to be popular.
