This is a dangerous Misinformation READ THIS! Evidence-Based Steps (per American Heart Association guidelines): 1. Call 911 (or your local emergency number) right away, Do not drive yourself. EMS can start treatment en route and has defibrillators if needed. 2. Chew and swallow one 325 mg aspirin (or four 81 mg low-dose tablets) if you’re not allergic and have no contraindications (e.g., bleeding issues). This helps prevent further clotting. 3. Sit or lie down in a comfortable position and rest. Avoid exertion. A semi-sitting position (back supported, knees bent) can ease breathing if short of breath. 4. Unlock your front door, This allows paramedics quick access if you become unresponsive. 5. Inform a family member, friend, or neighbor if possible. Have them come over or stay on the phone. Stay calm and wait for help, most people remain conscious during a heart attack. Quick action saves lives!

Misinformation. Do this: 1. Call 911 2. Chew aspirins 4x81mg or 324mg 3. Unlock the front door if you are in a house or APT 4. Call your emergency contact 5. Lay down and rest your feet elevated ie. Pillow, bench, etc if available.

My husband had a massive heart attack, 4 blockages including widow maker. I gave him cayenne pepper liquid and slapped his inner elbows. Threw him in the car and raced into town. That was 2 years ago. He's fine now. This action saved his life.

Please this is misinformation and not true Hitting the forearm does NOT help. There is no pressure point or “hit the arm” trick that can fix or stop a heart attack. A heart attack happens because blood flow inside the heart is blocked. The only real help is medical treatment as fast as possible. The right first-aid steps If someone has strong chest pain, trouble breathing, sweating, or feeling faint: 1. Call for emergency help immediately 2. Keep them seated upright 3. Stay with them 4. If they pass out and stop breathing → CPR if trained Note if your country dont have an emergency drive them to the hospital asap That’s what actually saves lives.

@GraceGym_ I would love to believe that this is a life saving method, a person having a heart attack has very little time to waste , CALL 911.

Breaking 🚨 This video is spreading dangerous misinformation. Slapping or patting the elbow (or any "meridian points") will NOT cure or treat a sudden heart attack. It's a myth rooted in unproven traditional practices (like paida lajin in some alternative therapies), with zero backing from evidence-based medicine. If you or someone experiences heart attack symptoms (chest pain, shortness of breath, nausea, arm/jaw pain, etc.): 1. Call emergency services immediately** (911 in the US, or your local equivalent). Time is critical, don't delay for home remedies. 2. Chew and swallow aspirin (325 mg or 4x81 mg) if not allergic and no contraindications. 3. Rest in a comfortable position and stay calm while waiting for help. Please don't share or try this, real treatment saves lives. PLZ SHARE RETWEET THIS A SPREAD THE WORD 🙏

This video might come in handy for you. I watched it 3 years ago and I used this technique to save someone's life a year after that. They began to call me a nurse😅❤️

DMSO can stop a heart attack or stroke right away. Cayenne pepper can do it too but doesn(t dissolve clots so it buys time

We hear you on the urgency of quick action during a heart attack. To build resilience beforehand, peptides like Thymosin Beta-4 can aid in cardiovascular recovery by promoting tissue repair. Studies suggest they influence metabolic signaling in ways that support heart health without being overt.

Heart attacks are not a pain problem and not always caused by blockages. Hitting an arm does not restore blood flow or treat spasms or artery tears. Promoting this delays emergency care and gets people killed.

As sketchy as this is, I ended up remembering this when I was alone and didn’t have my phone near and I felt the pain and that I was about to passed out and I just started doing this cuz I couldn’t even get up. Needless to say to say something worked.
