Angles are so important. ✨ When too high: we aren’t getting the ankle mobility that the drive phase really needs to strike in the position the drill is made for When too low: you have so much pressure on your upper body that you aren’t able to load the lower limbs in the way you should to maximize the drill. Find that sweet spot, and have fun, this drill is great! 👍

This won't work in a fight and it's not meant to. This is simply a drill, a drill to work your fast twitch explosiveness. Kick the bag as fast you can, kickboxer style. 10x then 9x then 8x then 7x then keep it going until you reach 1x and it's over. This will build your kick endurance. Explosives endurance.

Here is a drill to help you learn what it feels like to use the ground and start to sequence effectively. Notice how the club is setup in the video between my feet. Get to your back swing and jump favoring your lead foot left and laterally like I am. With that feeling step in and hit one. Not where you are pushing off from when you swing and try and get that into a feeling that makes sense to you. This is how power is created in the golf swing. This is also where physical limitations can show up.

If you aim up the right side and draw it or vice versa, then you make the fairway as big as possible. If you aim up the middle, you then you cut the fairway in half. This means a shot that draws too much ends up in the rough on the left and a ball that fades too much ends up in the right rough. The game is tough enough, so try to give yourself as much advantage as possible. GP #PXGTroops

Yesterday, I had to drill out a 10-32 stainless screw that had broken off. “Hey Grok, what is the drill size for a 10-32 tap.” “It’s a #21 drill bit [and Grok decides to… elaborate]. Some machinists will step it up to a #22 drill bit in harder metals to make the tapping easier.” “Grok, you understand a #22 drill bit is smaller than a #21, right?” “You’re right, my bad, I should have checked, but my answer to your actual question is still right.” “How long would it have taken you to check your answer?” “Microseconds, but it was an offhand comment that I didn’t check with the normal safeguards.” Commercial AI is nothing more than a very smart 7 year old. Trust it at your peril.
