@Ikennect "hello my baby, hello my honey"

Looks like a scorpion.

I don't know! Maybe!

Predator larvae

That would be something! 🤣

@LynneB8898 I have no clue what it is, but I don’t want to eat it.

Those are juvenile mud crabs (scientific name: Scylla serrata, also called mangrove crabs or giant mud crabs when full-grown). They're the baby/young versions of the large, meaty mud crabs that are super popular in Southeast Asian cooking (especially in places like Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, etc.). People forage them in mangroves or muddy estuaries, and the small ones get grilled, fried, or stir-fried whole—shell and all—since they're soft and edible at that size. I'll take a pass, thanks!🤢

@Merica197138 Not sure, but my appetite is completely gone

@jjauthor This is why I don’t buy cheap frozen seafood.

Grok says: The creatures are juvenile Scylla serrata (mud crabs), a staple in Southeast Asian cuisine, often foraged and cooked fresh; the video's close-ups create a surprising, almost sci-fi illusion that sparks viewer guesses like scorpions or larvae.

@1OgOutlaw Facehuggers

@FLCons Hopefully democrats

Sure AF looks like something id throw back where I found it, run home and lock my doors.

No but I feel kinda bad for them. 😟

Scorpion mud lobster. Bangladesh and India.

@SaltyBitch_52 That's cool how they can pull out their poop chute in one easy pull. Do they taste like shrimp or crab?

Are they going to eat them.

I guess! I am clueless! 🤣🤣

@RagingKuJo1222 Scorpions

Those are prawns. Bigger than crayfish smaller than lobster. Tastes the same.

I am unconvinced that those critters are mangrove crabs. No picture shows mangrove crabs with that swinging tail thing.

Parasites? I'm going to barf 🤢

@Nuked4Every1 Yes, they’re them crab like things that give you severe shits no matter how they cook them🤮🥴

Mud lobster

Do they eat them?

@heyitsmeCarolyn Is he pulling out the poop shoot?

@WeThePeople021 Scorpion 🦂

I'm afraid to find out.

@RagingKuJo1222 @grok are these scorpions?

Scorpions, Crawdads, or Lobsters. They're all good.

@luluHru

Scorpion mud lobster (Thalassina anomala)

That’s one hell of a vasectomy. 🤣

No respect for life. That's the problem!

Goa'uld.

Some sorta crab scorpion hybrid. She probably gonna eat them uncooked 🫣
