Lockheed Constellation. Beautiful airplane, unmistakable appearance. Flying examples are increasingly rare today.

That's the famous HARS Connie. Shellharbour Airport. Lockheed L1049 Super Constellation (aka C-121, Connie)
On of the most beautiful aircraft ever made

I was aircrew on a Connie and logged over 1500 hours back in the early 1960s. We were Hurricane hunters out of Rosie Roads PR.

John Travolta owns what may be the last flying Lockheed Constellation, at one time flown by TWA. It is undergoing maintenance at the downtown airport in Kansas City, Missouri at a facility that used to be the TWA headquarters.

Plane is synonymous to TWA. Great plane, greater airlines.
It helps that its name is on the side.
Originally it was Connie, but it became the Lisa Marie !!!
Flew in a Connie from Anchorage, Alaska to Seattle when I was 11. Flew in a DC 6 to Alaska in 1951.
