I honestly don't think he can.. Batman trained with the league of shadows. Hand combat is what they specialize on..

He has super human strength reflexes and resilience and is a martial art expert. Would be a very hard fight for batman to win...not impossible but very hard.

In the comics they are both said to be a high level of combat proficiency. Plus, Steve has the super soldier serum. If Bane could beat the living crap out of Batman in Dark Knight rises, I think Batman would be cooked.

Batman would need an enhanced suit but he definitely is a better fighter , cap is only trained like a soldier , Bruce has much more skilled fighting training

Yes. Not only because of skill level but Cap has no prohibitions about going for lethal strikes. If he thinks you need to die he will kill you. Batman has a hangup against that.

Yes and the longer the fight goes the more it favors Cap as Batman will get tired while Cap will not. Banes plan in Knightfall would fail against Cap.

I think they are at same skill level, but Caps has super soldier serum. In the comic JLA/Avengers Batman himself said something like "it's possible you beat me"
