But he says the one characteristic every manager must have is the ability to convince players. And in the end it’s all about giving players the weapons to express themselves as best they can, to be exactly who they are. There’s nothing more than that. And when a manager changes shapes and systems, it’s to give the players the comfort they need to win games.

In this hard world, although there are people who look at the hard times in a good way, & there are also people who don’t look at it in a good way… but since it’s a world where we lived together, there's nothing we can do about it, right? But those kind of, “ah I went to the psychiatrist & I collapsed” I don’t think you have think of that. It’s just, “I am having a hard time these days so I’m just going to get help for it” just think of it as if you caught a cold. I hope you don’t think of this deeply. Of course you can go. If your stomach hurt, you can go to the internal medicine, if your head hurts, you can go to the Otolaryngology. It’s just that your heart is having a hard time for a while. This is not something to be ashamed of, you don’t need to read the air with the people around you for this. Always cheer up, even if you collapse, let's practice the strength that can make you rise again slowly, treasure makers. You can do it, everyone, I know you can do it.

And the way I always think about that is: Is there a 10x change happening in the technology landscape? Is something 10x faster, 10x cheaper, or 10x better? If it’s not 10x, we as both VCs and entrepreneurs have to ask ourselves if it’s really worth doing because it’s really hard to start new companies . . . Existing companies are usually pretty good at what they do. So for a new company to exist, it has to bring a product to market that’s so much better than what exists that it punches through the status quo.” The third is the team: “Is the team outstanding? . . . You want to have a founding team of complementary skillsets. You want to have at least one super strong technologist — quite possibly more than one. Some of the best startups are actually more than one founding technologist. And I don’t like everything he says, and I don’t like everything he does or the way he does it, but the one thing we have to remember is he’s not a politician. You may not agree with the National Guard coming in. I do! I agree whole heartedly with the National Guard coming in because in Illinois we have a Governor and a Mayor of Chicago that think it’s okay for 50 people to be k****d in a weekend or 300 people s**t in a month. They think that’s okay. Carjackings- ‘nah, we’re not going to prosecute.z’ And the sanctuary state and the sanctuary city has bled Illinois dry. Personally, I’m over it. Whatever you have to do Trump, get ‘em in here. Get these Governors and these Mayors out that are refusing to follow Federal Law that’s been set up….you don’t get to disagree with and break the law that’s been set up, to say Illinois is a sanctuary city and you’re going to fight ICE. …You don’t have to like him (Trump), but if he’s doing what’s good for the country, you gotta’ like what he’s doing.” 100% correct ma’am. 100%. Today I want to make an announcement. Kyogen was started from my love for Ukiyo-e art and it was made real by my fam T̶h̶e̶S̶o̶c̶i̶a̶l̶T̶r̶a̶u̶m̶a̶. I was constantly looking for an artist that can hand draw Kyogen as I do not want it to be AI generated and he reached out saying he can do it. SocialTrauma is an amazing artist that you all should be following as he is doing amazing stuff and if you want to launch a collection, he is the person you should have a chat with. Do follow him as more will come. Kyogen is just the start for me as I have other plans to do more art drop to people to make Ordinals Fun again.
