Why are we discussing lowering the legal voting age before we discuss lowing the age one is considered an adult under the Youth Criminal Justice Act? Considering the brain finishes developing and maturing in the mid-to-late 20's, the concept of lowering the voting age is completely ludicrous!

I’m thinking we go the other way. You can’t vote until you pay income taxes for 10 years. That’ll make them vote smarter….
