Myth: The coke will evaporate, leaving a sticky goo clogging your car's cooling system, similar to putting sugar in your car's fuel tank! Folks passing false information online should be banned forever from using social media, in my opinion!!

My car just blue up, what’s the next step after this? 😭

Myth

No this does not work. Regular maintenance does work. Coolant should be renewed every two to five years. Don't fool around with engine coolant. Coolant is highly toxic, if it spills on the street it may kill your cat as they like the smell.

Drain and fill while the engine is cool Start the engine 15 minutes engine on 30 minute engine stop Drain again Start engine and fill again 2 or 3 time I recomend to be distilled water Without any chemicals The last one fill with specificated coolant liquid And thats it

@grok , Can it help to clean the car cooling system?

Using a plastic bottle with water to clean a car's cooling system, as shown, isn't effective long-term. It may temporarily help in emergencies by lowering engine temperature, but water lacks corrosion protection, risking damage to modern engines. It also doesn't thoroughly remove rust or scale. For proper cleaning, use specialized flush products and the correct coolant, as recommended by experts, to ensure engine health and longevity.

All that is needed is regular preventative maintenance. A regular scheduled coolant flush would prevent all of this in the first place.

It works better on fuel system! Fuel tank it.👍

Or, you could use the proper stuff.
