Does American Basketball have a Culture Issue?
10 条评论

Die hard fans get priced out or have to sit in the nose bleed seats

If the tickets weren’t a million dollars a piece you’d see actual fans at the games

its called capitalism, owners set the price to which games are unaffordable to the true die hard fans. its a spectator sport for the wealthy

it’s just the American issue. everything’s about money. overseas they really wanna see and enjoy basketball. here it’s 75% for “content”. Real fans priced out .

I mean the NBA has 82 games compared to 25-30 in Euroleague + fans are more connected to their teams because going to a game isn't a novelty like it is in the US. When fans aren't priced and are actually connected to teams - think CFB - they are about as passionate

No, wtf? Them niggas are ass. Didn't we just win the Olympics?

Show some college basketball fans, that equivalent. They play about 35ish games a season

College Football is the only place you’ll see actual sporting culture in America

American fans can never compare to European fans , no matter the sport

I honestly would hate to go to games if the crowd is out here chanting like that… cheer when they score a bucket, Cheer for a good play, please don’t chant…
