Join the club🫤 If you are not blessed with genetics I think the only way to combat it is to do insane amounts of calf raises. You have a machine near you all day and jump on it every few hours. I think Arnold did that because he had issues. First machine he bought for himself.

Be careful, I've injured myself twice in the gym doing calf raises. The last time was TERRIFYING!!! I was using a Smith like you, and the platform underneath me slip out. Bar hit me in the back of the head.

They did a test and the data showed that the most growth will come if you go from full stretch to the midway point on the way up. Also, try loading them babies heavy. Try a 5x5 routine for 4 weeks. Everyone stays in high reps for calves and sometimes all you need is a different
