Does Jameis Winston hear any chatter about potentially being benched after the Giants acquired J.J. McCarthy? "I'm just grateful for the opportunity I have now. Right now, I get to smile and say, 'I'm the starting QB for the New York Football Giants.' Focusing on what I would love... is winning games with my team, being the best I could be. I'm heating up and I'm starting to get better and better. Last week, I was questioning if I could even throw. This week, I got people talking about the Jameis Winston Experience again. I'm still so curious and so inspired to be the best me every single day. That alone pushes me. Not another man. Not another teammate. Just my desire to be what I would love."show more

When Jameis is on he is great. When he is off he is terrible. What is the real Winston? It is a combination of both. Hang on for the ride.

He'll be back in the role he's accustomed to next week. We can all laugh at his antics in the background while they interview JJ McCarthy.

Jameis Winston was asked how much sleep he's going to get between now and Sunday: "I'm going to get some good sleep. It's beautiful when you can get sleep because you feel like that you're what you desire to be. I'm just extremely grateful that I get to be the starting quarterback for the New York football Giants."

Jameis Winston is asked about being named QB3 on the Giants' roster behind Russell Wilson and Jaxson Dart: "As a competitor, you want to be the starter. But I prepare to be the starter, I know I'm a starter in this league. But you have to be able to be grateful for your role...my role right now is to assist Russ and Jaxson to be the best that they can be while preparing to be the best that I can be. No matter if I'm 3, 33, this is my first year being number 19, so it's always a first for everything. I focus on what I would love. And what I would love is for this team to have success."

Jameis Winston talks about being in team Bible study when he learned that the Giants fired Brian Daboll: "I just thought, 'there's a seed of good in everything.' I immediately just thought about how grateful I was for Brian Daboll of believing in me to seek me and give my family a chance to be in New Jersey and New York and experience this, and now I'm the starting NFL quarterback."

Jameis Winston was asked if he was surprised when he found out he would be starting again this week: "I believe I'm ready regardless. Whatever this team needs me to do, I'm ready to do it. Regardless if he said, 'hey, Jameis, you're going to be No. 2' or 'Jameis, you're going to be No. 3,' I'm ready. I'm preparing for whatever."

Shai: "I'm not really after the success. There's so many people in my life that sacrified for me just to play this game that I love and I would be doing them a disservice if I didn't give it my all. None of the accolades and the points and all this stuff that's cool on social media none of that is what I'm after. I'm just after making sure that while I'm doing this thing I give it my all and I'm not wasting nobody's time"

Giannis: "As of today I'm committed to the Milwaukee Bucks, I'm committed to the people that I work with, my teammates, the coaching staff, coach Doc and Jon in the front office...you will never hear me say I don't want to be a Milwaukee Buck. I am a winner and I'm extremely loyal. Growing up you dream oh what if I played for the Knicks Madison Square Garden? What if I get drafted by the Lakers and now I'm teammates with Kobe, what if I go play for the Cavs and Lebron pass me the ball? If there were ever be a scenario of me not being a Milwaukee Buck no more I don't want anybody to ever think like hey man I quit on my team because this is my team and I love it"

Bryan Cook: “You know how much I love my teammates, and I want to be playing but I can’t be selfish in that aspect. But at the same time, I feel if I'm not being who they need me to be on the team, on the field, I'm hurting my teammates. So I never let that happen. It's always team first at the end of the day. So if I can be what I need to be for my team, I'll be out there, and if I feel like I'm giving them less than myself, I’ll never let that happen. It’s always team-first at the end of the day.”

NEW: Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker doubles down on his pro-Catholic comments, says he just wants the best for people. "The people in that gymnasium knew what I was saying." "I say that [women] should embrace and love being wives and being mothers over their career. I think then it gets construed that I'm trying to put women down, which I'm not at all." "I love women, I love my wife and it comes from a place of love." "She has sacrificed so much for me. She has completely changed her life around. And she has made sure she is focused on being the ultimate wife and the ultimate mother." "I see how happy and excited she is day to day to wake up and embrace that life." "She pushes me to be a better husband and a better father and focus on my three children and focus on her over maybe trying to be the best kicker I can be out on that field."

I have to keep it real, if you know me I love all people I'm one of God’s soldiers, that being said, I'm not perfect, and I say a lot on my live streams, and some shit gets clipped and edited to make me look bad so clippers can get views. Luckily, this clip was edited to convey my point. I have no problem with white people. But I said what I said. Even I get clickbaited sometimes. This probably won’t be the last time something I say gets taken out of context. Much love to all except the evil people 😂

#WATCH | Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games 2026 | On winning a silver medal in women's singles squash, Anahat Singh says, "I wouldn't say I'm too happy, but I definitely am happy with the silver. Just getting a chance to win a medal for the first time that I'm playing singles and the second time I'm playing the Asian Games. I'm definitely happy about that and happy about my match yesterday. Today was definitely not what I wanted and what I expected. But things don't always go your way, and there's going to be a few more chances for me to make sure I can make my way to the Olympics. I've only played the Commonwealth once before this, so it's just getting started right now, and every single match, every single point is something that I'm going to learn from, and just being here and the whole experience and the atmosphere is something that definitely adds to it..."

Q: The rumours are starting to spread. Is everything clear? Is everything okay for you for next year? "Yep, I'm still in contract so everything is 100% clear to me. I'm still focused, I'm still motivated, I still love what I do with all my heart. I'm going to be here for quite some time so get used to it. There's a lot of people that are trying to retire me and that's not even on my thoughts. I'm already thinking of what will be next and planning for the next five years. But yeah, I still plan to be here for some time." F1 2026 || Canada || Lewis Hamilton
