🚨 Wow reservation issue has now reached even schools. A class teacher made two rows of students. One for General and one for SC/ST. Both students had to talk about reservation. The SC girl talked about General getting the benefits of EWS but the General girl instantly replied why every SC/ST person gets reservation. There's no rich and poor among them which is unfair. Only the poor ones should get reservation. No one from the SC/ST row had a reply to this. Girl alone ended the whole debate 🙏

Suggested a name change to Reservation Reform Movement. With a Manifesto 🇮🇳 This is not a call to end reservation. It is a call to discuss reforms that make the system fairer, more transparent and more effective. ✅ Introduce a creamy layer in SC/ST reservation so the benefits reach the most disadvantaged families. ✅ No reservation below a minimum qualifying benchmark. ✅ Reservation should be available only once for OBC and twice for SC/ST across UG, PG, PhD and Government Jobs. ✅ Reserved category candidates should continue under the reserved category and not occupy general category seats. ✅ Review the reservation percentage. If SC/ST/OBC reservation is reduced after due review, the released percentage should be reallocated to EWS and Persons with Disabilities (PwD). ✅ Publish a nationwide reservation review every 10 years and make the findings public. ✅ Improve government schools, colleges and public education infrastructure. ✅ Only public funding. No external funding. ✅ Keep the movement peaceful and non-political. The only slogans should be Jai Hind, Jai Bharat and Bharat Mata Ki Jai. General category students are expected to accept every disadvantage silently, but the moment they question the system, they are called anti-reservation Even in UPSC, General candidates get 6 attempts, OBC candidates get 9, while SC/ST candidates have unlimited attempts, subject to the applicable age and eligibility conditions So when we talk about a fair education and examination system, can we honestly say that everyone is competing under the same rules? This is not about disrespecting reservation or denying historical discrimination It is about asking whether the system needs reform Should genuine economic disadvantage, access to education, family background and actual opportunities also be considered more seriously? What do you think?

Plea argues that once a family member attains a Govt or Constitutional post, their children should not keep availing quota benefits. I can give 3 examples right here on how benefits of reservations are availed by those who are no-more oppressed or without access to resources to studies. Father → Kids 1. Jaswant Dabi (ITS officer, Group A central service) → Tina Dabi (IAS, 2015 batch) and Ria Dabi (IAS, 2020 batch)— Family availed ST reservation benefits. 2. Uttam Khobragade (IAS, 1984 batch) → Devyani Khobragade (IFS, 1999 batch) — Both availed SC reservation. 3. Sanwar Mal Verma (Promotee IAS, Rajasthan cadre) → Kanishak Kataria (IAS, 2018 batch) — Family from SC category; son topped on merit but eligible under SC framework. These are just 3 examples. There may be many. Now SC has asked Centre and States to reply to a petition seeking creamy layer application in SC/ST reservations. Question is: 'Are reservations being cornered by a few families across generations who have become affluent enough not to need those reservation benefits? Isn't it an injustice with those from humble background who really don't have free access to resources'. Good that finally this issue is being raised.

CM Dr Mohan Yadav got approval from all parties to snatch 13% share of GC Hindus and give it to OBCs in direct violation of Indira Sawhney’s judgement. The high court had given a stay on this increase in reservation, yet the BJP-led government decided to challenge it in the Supreme Court using its might !! Why is this party doing this? Why does it hate Swarana Hindus so much? Even when they have been its loyal supporters? Is the price Swarana Hindus will have to pay for voting Sanghis to power? Absolutely mind-numbing stuff! An 18 yr old NEET General Category student who scored around 93 percentile was denied admission to an MBBS course despite qualifying on merit. The matter has gone from the High Court to the Supreme Court. The case mainly focuses on the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) quota and how private medical colleges allocate seats. The boy argues that some private colleges do not properly implement EWS quota seats. This situation disadvantages general category students and affects merit-based admissions. At the same time, the Supreme Court is also examines the sharp reduction in NEET PG qualifying cut offs. The cut off for the General category has been reduced significantly. The cut off for SC/ST/OBC candidates has reportedly gone into negative marks to fill vacant seats. Dear Narendra Modi Amit Shah We the GC, have no one to appeal to. You are out last hope. No political maturity, no balanced perspective - just blind hatred towards one ideology. Debating with facts is different, but carrying pure bias everywhere only exposes the mindset more clearly. Simply because we have progressed in every aspect through what the Dravidian movement has done for Tamil Nadu, we must understand the struggles faced by our grandparents, parents, and earlier generations. They lived through inequality, lack of education, social discrimination, and limited opportunities. The Dravidian ideology and social justice movement changed that path by giving importance to education, self-respect, reservation, women’s rights, and equal opportunities for all communities. Today’s younger generation is born into a better and more educated society because of those reforms. That history should never be forgotten. We must teach future generations about the struggles our people faced and the changes brought through Dravidian ideology and social justice.

My zero hour speech in Parliament today on Manipulated Roaster system followed by DOPT to suppress marginalised communities from entering mainstream positions such as heads of organizations and secretaries of the department. ****************************************** Thank you, Deputy Chairman Sir. There is deliberate tinkering of the Department of Personnel and Training reservation roster system used in public employment within the Union Government and its agencies. This manipulation has systematically deprived Scheduled Castes (SCs), Scheduled Tribes (STs), and Other Backward Classes (OBCs) of their rightful representation in public employment and also to head the Government organisations. Reservation was introduced as an instrument of social justice to ensure fair representation for historically marginalized communities, and the reservation roster is a crucial component in implementing this policy. However, the reservation roster, as outlined in the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) Office Memorandum dated 2.7.1997, is fundamentally flawed. The issues continued with the subsequent memorandum dated January 31, 2019. These anomalies have resulted in the wrongful excess allocation of posts to Unreserved (UR) candidates at the expense of reserved categories. For example, according to the 2019 memorandum: - In the 13-point model roster, 9 out of 13 posts (including 1 EWS) are assigned to Unreserved candidates instead of the rightful 6—an unjust gain of 3 additional posts. - In Departments/organizations with only 2 sanctioned posts, both positions are assigned to Unreserved candidates, completely eliminating representation for reserved candidates. - In a cadre strength of 6, five positions are allocated to Unreserved candidates instead of the appropriate 3. - In small cadres (with less than 10 posts):- 70% of posts in a cadre of 10 are assigned to Unreserved candidates instead of the correct 50.5%. - 83% of posts in a cadre of 6 are assigned to Unreserved candidates instead of the correct 50.5%. - 100% of posts in a cadre of 3 are assigned to Unreserved candidates, completely eliminating reservation. These data’s furnished by me are not mere statistical discrepancies; they are systematic efforts to eliminate reserved candidates and favor Unreserved candidates, which constitutes a direct violation of the constitutional mandate for social justice. The first roster point, which carries significant importance, has been exclusively assigned to Unreserved candidates across all government institutions, leading to a deliberate distortion that ensures SC, ST, and OBC candidates are denied fair representation in Group ‘A’ and ‘B’ posts. Sir, to perpetuate an error is a sin, but to correct it is an administrative duty. The existing roster system represents a structured deception designed to suppress the rightful opportunities of marginalized communities, preventing them from entering mainstream positions such as heads of organizations and secretaries of the department. This constitutes a constitutional betrayal and an ongoing injustice that has persisted for decades. I urge the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India and Hon’ble Minister of State for Personal Pensions and Public Grievances to take immediate action to end this rigged reservation system and form a high-level committee with a retired supreme court judge from the disadvantage communities as Chairperson along with members ensuring proportionate representation from SC,ST, OBC and Unreserved categories to investigate the scam and devise a fair roster system. This committee should identify the total losses suffered by reserved categories since 1997 in public employment, recommend measures to compensate for these losses through additional recruitment drives, and propose solutions to ensure that SC, ST, and OBC candidates have fair and equal opportunities to lead government organizations atleast in future.
