Before there were leg press machines, lifters used the barbell for movements like the oldtime barbell leg press. It was a way to load the lower body in a unique angle and develop strength through a different pattern than the squat.

I did this 140kg / 308lbs x 5 barbell squat easily last week. This week, I needed a spotter to finish the same set. Why does strength fluctuate like this? 😭

This powerlifter does a one-arm overhead press with 275 lbs, then grabs a 110 lb barbell with the other arm and raises it overhead. You don’t realize how insane this is

Does this sound like divine morality? Is Islam the same as Christianity? In other words, is it a religion or a cult?

Flat smith machine presses. Great movement this one when you set it up correctly. Nails the pecs, like a piston in full sync when you’re locked in. “JuSt bArBeLL bEnCH bRo” Look…barbell bench is a legit movement, I used it for years. I just get more out this movement now. No rules to your exercise selection choice when hypertrophy is your #1 goal.

ACL Friday! ACL surgery set up that does not require a leg holder and does not require dropping the leg below the level of the bed. Also can be performed w/a single lateral side post.

This guy is the non-animated version of Bob the builder. Also, does anyone else feel like he’s preparing this place for his first victim?

This is the most controversial barbell I’ve ever reviewed. It’s called the Tsunami Barbell and it claims to have 2x activation in prime mover and 3x in stabilizers vs an Olympic barbell.

It’s still so crazy to me that anyone could watch this video/see this machine in action and think “That’s cool & all but I think a Barbell Squat will do a better job of growing my legs!” Legit insane tbh
