I saw an ENT last year about my sinusitis which began sometimes after covid vaccination. He said he had no idea but wanted me to manage it with three drugs to see how it does. Our relationship didnt last very long.

I’m about to get nose surgery for clogged sinus issues. Anything I should be worried about? Hard to trust drs these days.

Irrigate a lot as you heal!

My sinuses were filled with blood once after a lengthy Nose bleed. Sinuses, and nostrils totally clogged. Went t the Hospital, and the laid me on a table, set up a vacuum and cleared EVERYTHING out. When I walked out my sinuses felt like a wind tunnel !!!! Was awesome!

Didn’t know that was a thing but I do have a steam shower that I use at 125f for 20 minutes a day sometimes with eucalyptus oil and sinuses always clear.

I need to have e those done. I am so n my third sinus infection in least than 2 months.

I have the flu and am nebulizing with saline and hydrogen peroxide
