They're not subject to the open meeting law that they require that our cities and towns follow” “How are they bypassing that?” “Because they will exempt themselves through law. So they vote on the law. They create the laws. And what they will do is they will create these laws for others to follow and exempt themselves from having to follow those same laws. So folks are fed up with that. They're fed up with the hypocrisy.
