NEW: San Diego student support aide arrested for the alleged s*xual assault of one of her students. 31-year-old Lisette Ortega Veles is accused of s*xually assaulting a teen almost half her age. In one of her Facebook posts, she shared a photo of one of her students with the caption: “One of my fave students!” Ortega worked for Ro Health and was a contracted student support aide at Mar Vista High School. Investigators claim Ortega had oral s*x and s*xual intercourse with the 17-year-old victim. Ortega is being held on $250,000 bail. Earlier this month, a different San Diego teacher was sentenced to 30 years to life for s*xually abusing her elementary school students.

NEW: Male babysitter Matthew Antonio Zakrzewski has been sentenced to 700+ years in prison for s*xually assaulting 16 boys in California. Burn in h*ll. The boys ranged in age from 2-12 years old when Zakrzewski assaulted them. One mother of a boy who was 2 years old when Zakrzewski assaulted him cried while giving her impact statement, saying she will never be able to meet the son she would have had, had he not been assaulted. Zakrzewski filmed many of his assaults on the children. "Zakrzewski was ultimately charged with a total of 34 felony counts, including 27 felony counts of lewd and lascivious acts with a minor under the age of 14, two felony counts of oral copulation of a child under the age of 10, and one felony count of possession of child p*rnography," the DA's office said. "He also faced one felony count of using a minor for s*x acts, two felony counts of distributing p*rnography to a minor for the purpose of engaging in s*xual conduct, and one felony count of an attempted lewd or lascivious act with a minor under the age of 14." The parents hope Zakrzewski’s time in prison is “the stuff of nightmares.”

Arian Eteghaei, 24, has been charged with s*xually assaulting multiple women while attending the University of Santa Barbara. Jurors found Eteghaei guilty of forcible r*pe, forcible s*xual penetration, and misdemeanor domestic violence in January after a long trial. One of the witnesses was Eteghaei’s ex-girlfriend, who said he r*ped and assaulted her after a house party at his Isla Vista Apartment. Eteghaei was caught on camera trying to flee the police and was tackled to the ground after being found guilty. Of the 6 victims, 5 of the women were s*xually assaulted, and one was the victim of battery. Judge Von Deroian sentenced Eteghaei to 364 days in county jail, followed by 30 years to life in prison.

NEW: California family launches lawsuit, alleging their 8-year-old daughter was s*xually assaulted by other students in an on-campus "Kissing Club." The family says the assaults took place in the bathrooms of Sierra Canyon School, where tuition is up to $39,000 a year. The lawsuit claims older girls would pressure young girls into kissing each other, which eventually progressed into other forms of s*xual assault. The parents say their daughter, who was 7 at the time, was bullied into joining. "It involved actual kissing of young girls amongst each other, but it led to actual s*xual touching and kissing of s*xual body parts," attorney Sam Dordulian said. Pantea, the girl's mother, said she contacted the private school. She discovered that another parent had filed a similar complaint. They are accusing the school of covering up the assaults, which is in violation of California's mandatory reporting laws. "As a mother, the feeling of being hopeless and not being able to protect my child from this harm that 100% could have been avoided is crushing. My focus is on the systems and the safeguards that have failed to protect my child," the mother said.

NEW: Ohio father lures a 20-year-old man to his house before shooting him after allegedly finding a video of the man r*ping his 11-year-old daughter. 31-year-old Malik Chandler posed as his daughter on TikTok to lure Diego Montoya Gonzalez, 20, to his home. When Montoya Gonzalez arrived at the house, Chandler shot him twice. Prosecutors say they found videos on Montoya Gonzalez's phone of CSAM, including a video involving an infant. Chandler was charged with felony assault. His bond was set at $100,000. Montoya Gonzalez was indicted on five counts of pandering s*xually oriented material and two counts of r*pe. The judge gave him a $20,000 recognizance bond and a $50,000 cash/surety bond, according to 10 WBNS.
