Dolphin Emulator didn't become the best GameCube and Wii emulator overnight. It started in 2003 as a small Windows project by two developers. Games barely ran, there was no audio, and most titles struggled to hit 20 FPS. Many thought the project was finished after development stopped in 2004....

The SkyPirl (PIRL) project was restored and developed based on the contributions and support of the PIRL coin community. We believe that to create a successful project, it requires the contribution and effort of everyone. This is also the reason why we clearly state in the white paper that the PIRL community is the founder of the project, and the project will have two founders, because those who are restoring the project in the future all hold PIRL coins on the old chain # History of the project The SkyPirl project was founded in 2017 and has gone through many ups and downs. By the end of 2020, the project declared bankruptcy and the old chain operated until the third quarter of 2021. However, the community decided to stand up and restore the project in 2021. # Community protection policy We believe that the policy must prioritize protecting the community. Therefore, we propose 100% Airdrop for individuals who support the project to restore from 2021 to 2023 and 15% Airdrop for individuals who do not support the project. The remaining amount will be used for the next Airdrop purpose. # Project Principles We are proud to restore the project and regain the trust of the community. The SkyPirl project still maintains the main principle of not selling ICO, not raising capital, not calling for the community to spend money to restore the project. The community can only earn PIRL coins through Airdrop or running a validator. # Transparency and openness We work transparently and openly, all policies are announced to the community, and protect the interests of the community, as well as financial support, and work for free for the project. # Responsibility and work We believe that everyone's responsibility and work must be the same. The old PIRL community also has the responsibility to stand up to restore and encourage developers to stand up to restore the project. # Legal Responsibility We, the SmallMarine organization, have stood up for 5 years to call for developers to come back, working hard in terms of work, money and time. We want to ask the old PIRL community, if in the future we still work righteously and protect the project, but when the project has legal problems and the fault is not ours, will you protect us? Because we will be responsible for all legal responsibilities in the future. If we successfully merge the PIRL and Callisto Networks into the project, our first policy will be to prioritize protecting the community. We believe that the community is the most important foundation of the project and determines the direction of the chain. $CLO $PIRL #PIRLmeet #CLOe #SLOFI

From Dan Lorenc on the malware attack that almost took down the entire internet last year: “There’s a popular compression library that’s used in almost every piece of software. And it had been maintained by one person in his spare time for the last 20 years. And then a couple years ago, somebody just decided to start helping him. They jumped in, fixed a bunch of bugs, and did a lot of great work. And then that first person got tired of working on it. So he handed the whole project over to this other person. It turned out that other person was just a pseudonym and was not a real person. And within six months of getting control of the project, they had put in a carefully orchestrated set of malware that was really hard to detect and no one noticed. And because it was so widely used, the exploit would've basically given that person remote access to any computer running that piece of software, which was basically everything connected to the Internet. But because it was open source and the code was transparent, some random engineer just happened to be running some benchmarks on a weekend. And he noticed that program was a little bit slower than it used to be, and that it was making a weird cryptographic operation to check something. And right before this thing got widely deployed across every device, he dug in, and discovered that there was a backdoor put in. This was the closest thing to a full-blown internet crisis that we’ve ever had. And they still have no idea who did it. It was just an anonymous email account. No one ever traced it back to an individual. And that's the long game. This person spent years just doing good work and earning the communities trust.”

We want Turkish subtitles support in GTA VI. Please Rockstar Games Rockstar Support As Turkish gamers, we have played every game developed and published by Rockstar Games studio with great excitement and made good reviews and comments for each games. We are among the top 4 and 5 countries worldwide that gave positive comments for GTA 4 and GTA 5 on STEAM. Similarly, the same goes for Mafia, another game brand owned by Take-Two. Turkey is the third and fourth country with the most positive reviews on Steam worldwide for Mafia D.E. and Mafia 2 Classic. But unfortunately, there is no Turkish language support in any Rockstar game. We, the gamers, do not ask for much. We just want to experience the new GTA game with Turkish subtitles in our own language and play it with understanding. If GTA 6 is released with Turkish subtitle support, one of the countries where it will sell the most will be Türkiye. I guarantee that. All our content producers, all our internet provider brands, all our artists, all our sports club fan pages and all our game media channels have joined hands on this issue on social media. We all shout out the same demand; #WeWantGTA6inTurkish Even very small budget independent studios have the courage to release games with millions of words with Turkish language support, and as a result, they are satisfied and release their future games in Turkish. Because we Turks give a lot of support to every game that has our language support. You are Rockstar Games. You are the pinnacle of the gaming industry, the biggest. I am sure that the cost of this is much lower for you. However, the happiness it will create is so great that we want to experience GTA 6 in our own language as a member of your family. Please only provide us with subtitle support. We are aware of your greatness and magnificence and we have a small but very big request from you. Please let GTA 6 be in Turkish. We love you and wish you success as Turkish players in the development process of GTA 6. The video I shared features the volunteer work of the Turkish voice-over team, Tan Productions. Turkish suits the games very well! Turkish Gamers Community.

ELON MUSK: DON’T TAKE ANYONE’S OPINION….GO TO THE SOURCE MATERIAL AND COMMUNITY NOTES TO SEE WHAT REALLY HAPPENED As soon as any company steps out of line and is willing to actually have the truth debated on their platform, it forces the other platforms to allow things to be more truthful, to not censor. Because their censorship becomes glaringly obvious And, you know, the best thing I found as a rebuttal, like if somebody, if there's a hoax, is just go to the source material. You know, if you think if somebody thinks, you know, it's, you know, Trump said that we should put Liz Cheney in a firing squad, I'm like, let me send you a link to X so you can watch his video. That's the best way. Don't take my opinion for it. Don't take anyone's opinion for it. Go to the source material and Community Notes Yes, and Community Notes is awesome. It's incredible because everybody gets checked, including me. And with Community Notes, all the software is open source, and all the data is open source, so you can recreate any given note independently. That's amazing. Yeah. That's how it should be. Total absolute transparency in every way Sometimes I get asked like, 'Elon, can you remove a note?' You know, mostly by the left, but sometimes by the right. I'm like, I don't even remove notes on my own account. Nothing. And, and by the way, everything is totally open. So if I did that, it would stick out like a sore thumb immediately. Like it's not going to be subtle That is the best counter to misinformation. Yes, absolutely. Like let everybody look at it and say, 'Okay, here's what the actual facts say.' Yes, exactly. The counter to misinformation is better information Not just that, but having it checked in real-time by the community. So you have millions of people that can go over it and debate whether or not this is true or that's true. Yes, and, and like I said, the best way to understand the truth of things is don't take anyone's opinion for it. Look at the source material Look at what someone actually said, look at what someone actually did, look at the real videos of the situation, and then you'll actually know what's real

Someone ran Claude Code on a beach where any device overheats and that spot suddenly turned out to be the best home for the most powerful AI in the world. This is the reMarkable Paper Pro. A paper tablet for notes with no browser and no social media and not a single app. He sat down right on the sand in the open sun and brought up Claude Code on Opus 4.6 over the Claude API on the paper screen and opened his project ~/repos/webs while the waves broke a few steps away. For years every device had the same trouble outside. In direct sun the screen glares and washes out and heats up and instead of your work you see your own reflection. But e-ink does not blast its own light into your face. It reflects the sunlight like the page of a book. And here is what came out of it. The very thing that kills any normal screen outside turned into fuel for this one. The brighter the sun the sharper the picture because it has nothing to glare with and nothing to wash out. And then comes the thing no laptop on a beach will give you. Your eyes do not get tired. You can watch Opus think on max effort for an hour and it reads like a book in the sun and not a backlight you squint into. The picture only comes alive. In bright light it does not fade but turns sharper and higher in contrast than it ever was in a room. The charge lasts for days. E-ink barely touches the battery so there is no outlet anywhere on the sand and the tablet does not care. It weighs as much as a notebook. The whole setup folds into a beach bag like a pad with a pen on top. Everything on the screen is for real. Claude Code v2.1.110 and Opus 4.6 on the Claude API and the project ~/repos/webs open right on the e-ink in the middle of the sand. In my opinion this is the most unexpected home for an AI this year. Not an office with the blinds drawn and not a monitor cranked to full brightness but a quiet sheet of paper on the sand that open sun only makes better and on it the most powerful Claude writes code right on the page like a pen.

🐰 Thank you. Japan feels strange sometimes. It keeps making me cry. I have to sing later... 😂 Actually, it’s always the warm words from all of you—my dear Bingos—that touch me deeply. Hyperknife is a project we finished filming last year, and I had even completed The Wonderpools, the next project, before coming here. So in a way, the time I’m living in and the time you're seeing me don’t quite align. But it’s thanks to you, Bingos, that I’m able to keep my feet on the ground. Even if something is already in the past for me, the fact that you continue to watch and support me makes it feel like I’m still here—right now. That truly moves me. To be honest, the filming process itself wasn’t too difficult—it was actually quite enjoyable. But as the release of the project approached, a lot happened, and it made me reflect deeply. Even when we’re all working on the same project, it’s impossible for everyone to feel exactly the same. Still, I always want to walk the right path. So I needed time to understand and convince myself—what Hyperknife wanted to show, what kind of person I hoped Seok would come across as to the audience. That process of aligning my thoughts sometimes made me feel a little lonely. But I kept going, believing that Bingos would always support me and continue to see me. It’s been about 8 or 9 months since we finished filming, and now, finally, you’re watching the result. Hearing you say, “You’ve worked so hard,” makes me feel like this journey has come to a meaningful close. I did my best in this project. And it was all thanks to you. Thank you so much. 🩷💚

A blockchain project can be designed to be 100% technically decentralized, but if a single developer or a team within a single country controls the development and decision-making, the project may not be fully decentralized in terms of governance and decision-making. ## Differences between technical decentralization and governance decentralization - *Technical decentralization*: The blockchain project uses decentralized technology, such as distributed ledgers, to ensure transparency and security. - *Governance decentralization*: The blockchain project is managed and decided by a decentralized community, not by a single individual or organization. ## Conditions for a blockchain project to be considered decentralized For a blockchain project to be considered truly decentralized, it needs to meet both conditions: - *Technical decentralization*: Uses decentralized technology to ensure transparency and security. - *Decentralized governance*: Managed and decided by a decentralized community, with transparent and fair decision-making mechanisms. If a blockchain project only meets one of the above two conditions, it may not be fully decentralized. ## Building a 100% Decentralized Ecosystem: A New Model for the Future In the context of rapidly developing blockchain technology, building a 100% decentralized ecosystem is not only a goal but also an essential need. The SkyPirl (PIRL coin) project has pioneered the application of a decentralized model not only in terms of technology but also in terms of governance. This article will analyze and demonstrate the importance of this model and convince the community, developers and organizations to support this policy. ## Why 100% Decentralization is Necessary 100% decentralization ensures that no single individual or organization can control the entire system. This enhances transparency, security and fairness. When applied to an ecosystem this model will bring many benefits: - *Increased transparency*: With the decentralization of power and management by many organizations and individuals, the system will become more transparent. - *Higher security*: The use of multi-signature wallets and treasury management by many representatives will reduce security risks. - *Fairness and democracy*: The decentralized model ensures that all decisions are made fairly and democratically. ## SkyPirl's Decentralized Governance Model SkyPirl project has adopted a decentralized governance model from the beginning by: - *Decentralized development team*: Multiple development teams from different countries, ensuring that no single country or organization controls the entire project. - *Restrict developer power*: Developers are not allowed to hold websites, domains and social media channels, helping to disperse power. - *Use smart contracts and multi-signature wallets*: To ensure transparency and security in treasury management and transactions. ## Applying the Model to the Ecosystem The ecosystem will apply this 100% decentralized model to all projects. This includes: - *Decentralization of power*: Many organizations and individuals will participate in management and decision-making. - *Use multi-signature wallets*: To ensure security and transparency in treasury management. - *Representatives from organizations*: Organizations will send representatives to participate in management and decision-making. #SkyPirl #PIRL #PIRLmeet #SLOFI #CLO #2BearsExchange

Three fundamentals that anyone who ever played Civilization (1991) most likely agrees with - let me know if I missed something: 1) The tech options that are given to you at the start of the game really matter. If you were missing a key one at the start, you probably restarted... 2) Settling for your first city early was always key (maximum of 1-2 moves to explore terrain but then turn the settler into a city). If you wasted the first couple of moves or the terrain was horrendous, you probably restarted... 3) Finding a "hut" was always a gamble - and you always took it. Free unit, 50 gold pieces, free tech - or barbarians. If it was the latter, you definitely restarted... If you're lucky - like I was in the video - and start with 2 settlers, you have a massive headstart. Instead of immediately using one to start a city, I gambled and explored (couldn't resist). If you are extra lucky, you find another nation with just one city (early game), no defense, walk right in with your settler and eliminate them early. Very unorthodox gameplay of course, I was suprised it worked. Speaking of unorthodox: In order to handicap yourself (because you already master Civ on its highest level of difficulty) you can let barbarians walk into your cities, undefended... rinse and repeat and see what happens - let them grow and become a "real" nation and superpower. Not sure if this was ever intended by the developers but seeing barbarians ranked at #1 in population, tech, etc. is pretty fun.
