Mainstream media is now warning that anyone relying on X for information about support for the war in Iran may be completely detached from reality. They point to poll after poll they claim to have fact-checked, showing near-unanimous support for the war, with Trump’s approval soaring above 90% and one survey even reporting a flawless 100% rating. According to them, the majority believes the war is justified and it protects their grandchildren from the threat of a nuclear Iran.

Rep. Ansari: "Every single person in this country needs to be calling Republican members of Congress and senators relentlessly today. Of all of the issues that have come up over the last year, all have been devastating, but we're talking about the potential for nuclear war here. That is the language that Donald Trump is using and we should not pretend that it's not."

MacFarlane: What do you think of the briefings you’ve been getting—or not getting—on Iran? Larson: Briefings? We should have the president here. He’s not following the Constitution. This is an illegal war. He has to come before Congress. In July, he said he obliterated everything, that there was nothing left. If there is nothing left, why are we there?

“Iran is not going to declare an end to the war while Israel is still attacking Lebanon. It has to be part of the deal. And of course, Bibi won’t play ball because he doesn’t want the war to end. And Trump is just waking up to that fact three months into the war, and he’s not happy about it.” “A lot of what he’s saying is that Bibi should do everything that he says. And now he’s learning that that’s not the way the world works. So constantly over the past three months, Trump is confronted by reality, which totally contradicts the made up story he has about the Iran war in his head. And guess what? In the end, reality is winning out.” “And that’s why we’re in the quagmire we’re in. Because Trump won’t accept the reality. He only wants the world to bend to what’s in his head. In this case, he’s not getting what he wants, so he’s throwing a tantrum.”

In a no-win situation, Nick Fuentes asks what’s next for America in the war with Iran. “We are now stuck on this escalation ladder which we have no control over…Trump got elected and it sealed our fate.” “I think the only way, if there is one, out of this is regime change in Israel and America.” “Let Israel and the United States replace their leadership with a population that wants to be free, that doesn’t want a war.” “That’s the only solution from day one that was ever going to work.”

John Bolton on Iran war: I think Trump believes he can walk away from it. I think this is Trump moving in the direction of ending the war to avoid political downside at home. He should have thought about that before he started the war.

‘Maybe I won’t extent the ceasefire. So you’ll have a blockade, and maybe we’ll have to start dropping bombs again.’ -Donald Trump threatens to restart the bombing of Iran. We are still on the slippery slope of a forever war; early negotiations which could fail, Israel and a war machine in America that needs another prolonged war, and an unhinged American President. Despite markets soaring in euphoria, the illegal war of aggression on Iran may not be over yet. Iran has publicly rebuked terms that Donald Trump insists Iran has agreed to, including the fate of its enriched uranium and the opening of the Strait of Hormuz… Trump may return to bombing Iran again out of sheer embarrassment.

Ro Khanna says that if Democrats win the midterms, they will impeach President Trump for the “crimes” of trying to win a war in Iran: “Absolutely. He should be impeached now. I mean, he’s taken us into a disastrous war threatening war crimes in Iran, in terms of knocking out power plants and knocking out electricity. And the Democrats will impeach him once we take back the House.” It’s important to note that Khanna is a close ally of Thomas Massie. Massie and Khanna are obsessed with “Getting Trump.”

Do you want to know who an Iran war is a Golden Age for? “For Israel, for the Jews. That is who has pushed us into this war. As a matter of fact, that is why we have a Trump administration. They have been paying the Republican Party to sabotage our relations with Iran.”

Harry Enten: Donald Trump has never been more unpopular in his second term in office. This is Trump's disapproval rating. Fox News poll. You go back a year ago, he was at 51% up like a rocket now…his disapproval rating 59%. It is not just the Fox News poll where Donald Trump is at all time highs in terms of his disapproval ratings, all time lows in terms of his approval rating, it is in the polling aggregate as well. It has been poll after poll after poll in which he's either at or near an all time high in terms of his disapproval rating. What about the war in Iran? How do Americans feel that Trump is handling that? Well, they don't like what's cooking. Trump's disapproval rating on Iran. You see it right here. It is 64%. Only a little bit more than a third of Americans, according to Fox News, actually approve of the job that Donald Trump is doing in Iran. The Fox News poll was one of the rare polls in which we had an even split early on in the war in terms of support and opposition. And now that support has plummeted. The opposition is up. It is very clear, no matter which poll you look at, that the American people are not with Donald Trump when it comes to Iran even if the MAGA base is.

Sanders: The American people were lied to about the war in Vietnam. We were lied to about the war in Iraq… and we are being lied to today about the war in Iran. In the last election, Donald Trump pointed out the huge amounts of money that had been wasted in wars that should have been spent rebuilding America . He campaigned as a peace candidate. He promised no more forever wars. He lied.
