UPDATE: Charlie Kirk Blood Spatter, Earpiece, or Necklace? This video is going viral from someone named RangeDayBro on YouTube, saying this is 100% evidence Charlie was shot in the head, BUT… it’s kinda wrong. I was the original person to point out that something looked like it hit Charlies right side of his head when it happened… when I first started looking, I thought the exact same thing he did about the “Blood Splatter”. But I kept slowing down the video, and discovered what appears to be an earpiece or necklace. He also gets the “FLASH” wrong, 100% wrong. Stating that’s where the shooter was.. then said he was hiding in the bush. After combing through video footage, I found what I believe to be 100% the muzzle flash. The shot did not and could not have come from that location because it’s merely the top window panel of the interior hall of flags (I think that’s what it’s called.) The muzzle flash was 100% a reflection off that glass panel from a far off distance, notably in the same general direction they said the shooter was. (See post below) Conclusion: Now, I’m not saying he couldn’t have been shot from anywhere else.. nor in any direction. In fact, I don’t buy the story at all that his neck bones stopped that bullet. As we saw that day, there were several distractions, which I feel played a significant role to allow the real people to get away. I’m only saying his suggestion about the “blood spatter” is just his earpiece or most likely a necklace... It’s important to be accurate and process eliminate these things. Maybe Turning Point USA can confirm if in fact his necklace did pop off, it could settle some of these “theories”. All we want is the truth.

OF Nick Dumesnil (California Baptist Baseball) is one of the higher upside college bats in this year's Draft. Showed flashes across a limited sample as a Freshman, but exploded last year to the tune of a .362/.440/.702 slash line with 40 XBH (19 HRs) and 45 RBIs across 61 games. Proceeded to have an excellent summer on the Cape in which he hit .311/.378/.489 with a league-leading 12 2B, 4 HR, 15 RBIs and a league-leading 26 SB in 36 games. Strong, athletic frame at 6'2" and 205-pounds. Big league body. Slightly wide base in the box with a somewhat high handset (lowered his hands as the summer went on, was ultra-high at school with his bat pointed almost straight down behind his back shoulder. Drew Burress-ish look). Ultra-small stride that is more of a toe tap than anything else. Hands already start pretty far back, though they drift slightly in his load. Engaged lower-half, especially his back side. Easy plus bat speed. Dumesnil showed the ability to drive the baseball to all fields both at school and on the Cape. Would give his power a 55 overall, but it's a 6 to the pull side. Top spun a 2-run HR (EV of 106) off the scoreboard in the ASG. Very curious to monitor how his hit tool progresses this spring. There's a present feel for the barrel and his bat-to-ball skills are plus (ovr. IZ contact rate of 90%, including 93% and 91% against FB and SL, respectively). Will certainly need to shore up his pitch recognition skills and swing decisions in order to maximize his offensive upside. Some chase up/out against FB, down/out against secondaries. Key will be doing a better job of picking up spin out of the hand. Plus runner—who most importantly knows HOW to run—whose speed translates on both sides of the baseball. Chaos-causer on the bases, Dumesnil's speed also gives him the opportunity to take an extra base on a ball in the gap or down the line. I thought his instincts in CF got better as the summer went on. Dumesnil's speed and elite athleticism allow him to cover plenty of ground and his arm is average, I'm sure he'll get the opportunity to prove he can stick there in pro ball. Chance he could move off and end up at a corner eventually. Key for Dumesnil is adding polish to his hit tool. Dear KCB Group Plc These are scenes we can avoid if only you approach your customers with empathy and in a professional manner. You had good times and you don't throw your client under the bus when they need you most. This is happening at world award winning Pinewood Beach Resort and Spa in Galu Diani. The owner Alnoor Kanji a very good friend and long time hotelier is one brave Kenyan who chose to be visionary and invested in a project that was adopted as a vision 2030 project The English Point Marina in Mombasa which finally went into administration. How it was done is one of the saddest thing and the matter is now court hence I will NOT delve too much into it. During the takeover the elderly mother of the owner ( she needed emotional care) was not even allowed to meet her son since he was locked out upon his return from his overseas travel. She finally passed away a few weeks after that dramatic takeover . The same owner is currently out of the country and you have found it fit to make a move for another of his property which is PinewoodBeachResort Pinewood Beach Resort that he has been passionately running with amazing scores as evidence. I have seen put love and care into the jewel in Galu Diani. You choose to physically move in during a peak period when the hotel is fully booked , you never saw the need to do that when it was quite and low season in May & June. To make matters worse your receiver manager is going physically against the young sons of the owner . Is that the way to handle a client? suppose the 200 members of staff who depend on this resort for a living went physical ? Doing business in this country is NOT for the faint-hearted and the least you can is to handle your clients in a humane way and also agree on modalities on how to service a loan etc. What is the use of throwing out the baby with the bathwater ? Matter is in court please allow the process to go full circle and also get profesional level headed receiver managers and not this type who are going physical. On behalf of Diani Hospitality Owners I condemn this violent act and law will also take its course since this qualifies as assault. It's a known known that banks in Kenya are good undertakers of businesses in distress and I am challenging you to make this move an exception rather than the rule. A good technical LLM interview question: Your RAG chatbot is working as expected locally. You deploy it behind a load balancer with 3 replicas. Users report that it forgets what they just asked, and answers get worse with each restart. Why did this happen? (answer below) A local setup has one process that owns everything. - The vector index is a variable in memory. - Conversation history is a Python list. - The documents are on local disk. You never treat any of them as infrastructure, because restarting rebuilds all three in seconds and there is only ever one copy. The setup does not carry over to production directly. The vector index might disappear on restart, so the app re-embeds everything on boot and serves empty results until it finishes. Conversation history may belong to one replica, so a follow-up routed elsewhere has no memory of the previous turn. Documents could be on whichever container ingested them, so the three replicas hold three different corpora. None of this is evident with one user and one process. So the actual work in shipping RAG is not just the retrieval logic, but also storing the vector index, the conversation history, and the documents outside the app, where every replica reads and writes the same copy. Which comes down to three requirements: > The vector store needs persistence and has to be reachable from every replica. pgvector inside Postgres keeps embeddings next to the rest of the data instead of adding another system to operate. > Conversation state has to be checkpointed outside the app. LangGraph writes its state to Postgres, so any replica can pick up a thread mid-conversation. > Docs need shared object storage, so ingestion happens once instead of once per replica. If you get those three right, the retrieval logic you wrote in the notebook works unchanged. 🚨HAPPENING NOW: Leftwing agitators are swarming the University of Memphis ahead of tonight's campus event with Kyle Rittenhouse, chanting "Lock his a** up" and later "F*** his a** up." The school has gone to incredible lengths to hamstring this event, including: 1 - Forcing us to change our ticketing system the day of the event. The university's excuse is they want to ensure "fair and equitable" ticketing. This means the hundreds of students who thought they had tickets will not get in. I wrote you a message on WhatsApp, but we gave it sugar and it seems to have recovered a bit. Go pick it up and take it to a veterinarian if you want it to survive…” Then we went to pick up the dog 100 km from Warsaw. It was barely breathing. They told us it had just been running. We take the dog, go to a taxi, and they tell us: “Where is the money? Pay or we won’t let you take the dog. If it dies - you will deal with the transporter.” Then we went to a clinic and did tests. 10 things I can’t quit thinking about after ETHDenver: 1. Convergence = here. Devner didn’t feel like an ETH conference, but more like an AI + crypto + TradFi + techno-philosophical conference. The convergence is true and real and accelerating. 2. Most corporate jobs suck ass. 40 years at a desk working on the same thing? Pure dystopia. We need fluid movement between passions, projects, people. DAOs are a massive step in that direction, but now AI is giving individuals the means to spin up their own massive businesses… there’s also this notion floating around that we can launch a product or contribute to a protocol or a DAO in a way that sets us up for life rather than slaving for decades at the golden teat of a paycheck. It's a massive win for human flourishing, passion and excitement. 3. oRaNgE cOIn. Bitcoin came up far more than I thought it would. Even $ETH ICO buyers/gigawhales talked about how bullish they are on it. The question is no longer whether $BTC will survive but rather how much exposure you should have. Orange coin has truly “up-leveled” or “transcended” to become something people simply can't ignore. 4. Founder quote that hit me like a truck: "We overengineered our project and under-engineered our story." In a world where AI flattens the app creation process, only your mindshare matters. 10 things I can’t quit thinking about after ETHDenver: 1. Convergence = here. Devner didn’t feel like an ETH conference, but more like an AI + crypto + TradFi + techno-philosophical conference. The convergence is true and real and accelerating. 2. Most corporate jobs suck ass. 40 years at a desk working on the same thing? Pure dystopia. We need fluid movement between passions, projects, people. DAOs are a massive step in that direction, but now AI is giving individuals the means to spin up their own massive businesses… there’s also this notion floating around that we can launch a product or contribute to a protocol or a DAO in a way that sets us up for life rather than slaving for decades at the golden teat of a paycheck. It's a massive win for human flourishing, passion and excitement. 3. oRaNgE cOIn. Bitcoin came up far more than I thought it would. Even $ETH ICO buyers/gigawhales talked about how bullish they are on it. The question is no longer whether $BTC will survive but rather how much exposure you should have. Orange coin has truly “up-leveled” or “transcended” to become something people simply can't ignore. 4. Founder quote that hit me like a truck: "We overengineered our project and under-engineered our story." In a world where AI flattens the app creation process, only your mindshare matters. People are sent to war where they die, while none of Zelenskyy’s close associates or friends are mobilized or fighting. At the same time, Zelenskyy and his friends profit from the war. Many of his friends and business partners today are connected to the defense industry, particularly to the production of drones and missiles. This is why Zelenskyy is not interested in ending the war quickly. Zelenskyy also refuses to hold elections, hiding behind the war as an excuse. Moreover, he refuses to voluntarily step down from office, although he has every right to do so. Instead, he wants to remain in power without elections. Those who criticize the authorities are persecuted. In Ukraine there are illegal detentions and kidnappings of citizens on the streets. People are held by force and subjected to pressure. Many men today are afraid to even go outside because of forced mobilization. People are kidnapped, tortured, and forced to go to the front. According to relatives of the victims, sometimes large sums of money are demanded — tens of thousands of dollars — to avoid being sent to war. In this situation, many Ukrainians are forced to flee the country. They risk their lives, crossing borders through forests, rivers, and mountains to reach European countries. One of these countries is Hungary. I am grateful to Hungary for providing protection to Ukrainian citizens. Hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians are leaving their country today. And often they do so not only because of Russian missiles, but also because of fear of the actions of their own authorities and the system of forced mobilization. The Ukrainian people and the Hungarian people should live in peace and mutual understanding. Our countries must engage in honest and open diplomatic dialogue. There must be real diplomacy between Ukraine and Hungary, not the language of banditism used by Zelenskyy.

A 92 year old veteran came to court believing he was about to lose the only home he had left. Walter Reed had served his country decades ago during the Vietnam War. Now he lived alone in the same small house he had owned for most of his life. His wife had passed away years earlier, and no children were around to help him. Time hadn't been kind to the house. The porch had started to fall apart, paint peeled from the walls, and rain slowly made its way through the roof. It’s how she gained the name ginger queen so I know the older fans know what I’m talking about. I think she calmed down because she’s not on the hunt anymore, she got the girl, and only her need to secure her claim, or protect her love brings the old ginger out. I think Freen is her top priority, so she’s very careful what she shares with the public because some ppl have proven to be untrustworthy with the girl’s love so she chooses to only share it with those she trust. I think she finally answered the question for two reasons. First,one too many ppl were teasing she didn’t love Freen causing Freen to sulk and Rebecca can’t have that. Second, it’s Nam who asked her. RHP Justin Mitrovich (Elon Baseball) is one mid-major arm to follow this season. Was excellent as a true Freshman and pitched his way to a 3.68 ERA with 66 Ks to 21 BB across 63.2 IP. Last spring he worked a 5.06 ERA and collected 96 Ks against 30 BB in 80 IP. Mitrovich also showed positive flashes on the Cape this summer and notched 17 Ks in as many IP. Mitrovich has an athletic frame at 6'3" and 200-lbs. Room to fill out physically. Worked exclusively out of the stretch during the spring, but went back to the windup this summer. Works on the 1B side of the rubber, starts his motion with a small side step then gathers himself. Leads into a high lift, and the rest of his operation is up-tempo. Plenty of depth on his long arm stroke, attacks from a three-quarters slot with present arm speed. Some effort. Mitrovich's FB sits in the 91-94 range, but has been up to 96 with some life in the top-1/2 of the zone. Figuring his heater out is going to be the key for him going forward. Threw mostly 4-seamers during the spring, but went 2-seam heavy during the summer and still generated a whiff rate < 20%. A handful of the latter flashed late arm side life, particularly against LHH. Both play well in the top-1/2 of the zone. Needs to iron out the shape and maximize it. Mitrovich's bread-and-butter offerings are his secondaries. His low-80s CH is one of the best of its kind in the college ranks. Averaged over 12 MPH off his FB last spring and is a legit swing-and-miss pitch against both LHH and RHH. Throws it with conviction and will use it in any count. Consistently flashes fade to the arm side as well as ample late tumbling life. True "falling off the table" look. Mitrovich's feel for the pitch is highly advanced, and last spring it generated a 52% whiff rate, 47% chase rate and held opposing hitters to a .198 average. Comfortably a 60. Rounds out his arsenal with a low-to-mid-80s SL that is a particular weapon against righthanded hitters. Gyro look that's not big in shape, but will flash some lateral glove-side life with late bite. Flashed above-average at times last spring and garnered a 45% miss rate. Gets whiffs both in and out of the zone. Mitrovich is a strike-thrower who looks the part of a starter at the next level. It is on record that when the one of his lawyers was supposed to be preparing open their defence, he was seen protesting on October 20, 2025 for the release of his client an action that the legal profession frowns at. Let's ask a question, can an American lawyer conduct himself the way Mr. Ejimakor has been conducting himself? Even more telling is that Nnamdi Kanu himself, inside the courtroom, confessed to committing the crimes for which he is being tried, claiming in a video-recorded moment that the offences were committed in the United Kingdom. IPOB has been responsible for the deaths of thousands of innocent citizens in the South-East region through brutal attacks on civilians, security operatives, and public infrastructure.
