BEFORE GOD LIFTS YOU, HE BUILDS YOU There are things that fame, wealth, influence, titles, and success can do to a person if they have not first been built by God. That is why God insists on working on you before bringing you into visibility. He wants to build your character so that when influence comes, it does not distract or destroy you. The day you become celebrated, entrusted with great resources, or honoured by many is the day your training will be tested. God desires to raise men and women who can stand in the midst of influence, wealth, and applause without losing their devotion to Him. If your prayer life is sustained only by your needs, what happens when those needs are met? If your pursuit of God is driven only by the desire for open doors, what happens when every door opens? God is raising believers whose language is no longer, "Lord, give me," but "Your Kingdom. Your glory. Your will." Men and women whose hearts remain steadfast regardless of what He entrusts to them. Freedom from Worry: Trust God's Sovereignty In Matthew 6, Jesus teaches us to shift our focus from the worries of this world to the kingdom of God. He says, "Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes?" (Matthew 6:25). As Christians, we're called to seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, trusting that all these things will be given to us (Matthew 6:33). When we focus on God's kingdom, our worries begin to fade away. The Bible reminds us, "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God" (Philippians 4:6). Anxiety creeps in when we try to take control of things that are meant to be in God's hands. But when we surrender to His will, we can experience peace that surpasses all understanding. Let go of your worries and focus on God's kingdom. Trust that He will take care of your needs. Seek His righteousness, and He will guide you through life's challenges. JULY 2026 MIRACLE SERVICE HIGHLIGHTS — KOINONIA ABUJA What a glorious time in God's presence during our July Miracle Service! There is a voice that every person hears, whether they live in a mansion or a mud hut. It is the voice of conscience, God's divine policeman, that follows us day and night. Our world is working overtime to convince people that guilt is outdated, responsibility is optional, and forgiveness is unnecessary. But the Bible teaches otherwise. Guilt is not God's punishment; it is God's gift. It is the warning signal that tells us something is wrong and points us toward the only One who can make it right. When we ignore that voice, we find ourselves searching for peace in all the wrong places, only to discover that nothing this world offers can satisfy the longing of the human heart. The good news is that God is eager to forgive. Through Jesus Christ, every sin can be washed away by His precious blood. The moment we confess our sins and turn to Him, guilt loses its power and peace takes its place. The joy of the Lord begins to flood our hearts, and the burden we've carried is lifted. God's peace is not found in possessions, pleasure, or power—it is found in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. When you surrender your life to Him, He will break the chains of oppression, remove your guilt, and lead you into the glorious adventure He has prepared for your life.

GOD'S PROMISES COME WITH KINGDOM CONDITIONS Every promise of God is true, but every promise also carries a responsibility. While God is faithful to fulfil His Word, we must position ourselves to walk in the reality of what He has spoken. If God has declared that He will lift you, then His promise is certain. However, His Word also reveals the principles that govern that lifting. Confession is powerful, but confession alone is not enough. You may continually declare, "I am rising higher," yet fail to experience that reality if you neglect the conditions attached to God's promises. God entrusts influence, honour, and greater responsibility to those whose lives are committed to His glory. When He lifts you, it is so that you may lift Him before the nations. As Jesus declared: "And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me." Our pursuit, therefore, must never be personal recognition but the glory of God. It takes wisdom to practice the law of reciprocity; when you stop feeding what's feeding you, it is capable of dying. It also takes wisdom to know that prayerlessness is an expression of pride and not just sin - a declaration of independence outside the assistance of God or a declaration of self-sufficiency devoid of God's guidance. WHEN FACTS SPEAK, LET GOD'S WORD HAVE THE FINAL SAY The moment the realities of life begin to challenge your confidence in God's Word, return to the Scriptures. Return to the Word. A medical report may present facts based on human knowledge and observation, but every Believer has the responsibility to fight the fight of faith, and that fight begins by listening to God's Word consistently. As you continually expose yourself to God's Word, doubt loses its grip, and faith is strengthened. Even when your present circumstances seem contrary to what God has spoken, keep listening. Let the Word of God build your faith. Let it shape your convictions. Let it become the dominant voice in your life. The day will come when what God has been working within you will become evident to all. What was once overlooked will be announced by the hand of God. Never stop listening to the Word, for faith comes by hearing, and every promise of God in Christ Jesus remains Yes and Amen.
