How to not do that mistake, but still try to correct arm movements from Young athletes? Hands that do not lift Up to the chest height, arms that that get "stuck" downwards, with only the elbow moving radius/cubitus Up and down And manu other "arm styles" 🤔🤔🙏

The longer the arms can remain extended as straight as possible, the greater the counter-force against the leg action, allowing longer stride & faster forward swing of each leg. Usain Bolt can be seen doing this in the shot.

Good stuff. This is what I’ve been trying to get my athletes to understand. I want to see the hand past the hip, to where you can swipe and not hit your butt….not so much about locking 90 degrees in the front and back.
