Is Your phone listening to you? 💀 Privacy concerns are growing. According to a recent survey, 48% of Americans believe their phones are listening to them. Many report receiving ads for products they’ve only spoken about but never searched for online. Unfortunately, this isn’t just a general concern—millennials are particularly wary, with a higher likelihood of thinking they’re being targeted with ads based on conversations. Yet, only 37% of seniors share this anxiety. So, what’s going on? Is your phone really eavesdropping? How Your Phone Might Be Listening While no concrete evidence proves that our phones are actively recording conversations for ad targeting, the technology exists to make it possible. Many apps request permission to access your microphone, even if it’s not clear why they need it. Once granted, these apps can listen passively in the background, potentially capturing snippets of conversation. What happens with that data? Companies use it to refine advertising algorithms. If your phone “hears” you discussing a product, that information could be relayed to ad networks, which then deliver ads related to your conversation. This process, often called “ambient listening,” makes the whole experience feel invasive, especially when you haven’t consciously shared any data. However, more often than not, this type of targeting comes from the vast amount of data you unknowingly share while browsing online, using social media, or simply interacting with everyday apps. These platforms gather so much information that they can often predict what you might talk about or search for next, which makes it feel like they are listening when, in reality, it’s sophisticated data analysis. HUDI: Taking Back Control of Your Data With these concerns, it’s more important than ever to protect your data. HUDI offers a transparent approach to data management, ensuring that you control what is shared and how it is used. Instead of being passively tracked by your devices, HUDI empowers you to actively manage and monetize your data, giving you full control and transparency. It’s time to stop worrying about whether your phone is listening and start taking charge of your data. With HUDI, your data belongs to you—only you decide who gets access. #Privacy #DataProtection #Technology #HUDI

You said that “eating” folic acid could lead to neurologic development in fetuses. Women trying to conceive take prenatal vitamins which contain folic acid. Can you please clarify?

I just went to check the sourdough I just bought. I'm good to go! I always avoid enriched or bleached products. Personally I like to avoid bleach in my food.
