Ground beef is elite. I eat a few pounds of it a week from a local regenerative rancher. I toss it in a skillet with some homemade taco seasoning and eat it by itself (or with a side of air-fried vegetables). Quick, simple meal.
BEEF IS BASED Hilarious when people say they eat chicken but not red meat.
It’s the no excuse food prep Fix it up with a pot of rice and you’re good to go It’s quick, easy to do and you get loads of quality food for cheap
