Is that a Keyence IV3 camera doing the work? We have a couple of those in our plant here doing inspections, and we are starting to use some newer Keyence IV4 cameras in other applications. Keyence is underrated in vision, and their stuff is a good price for how well it works.

What keyence camera are you using? I need to detect the orientation of an isolation grommet we are pressing into the ECM bracket at work and I’m in the process of determining what camera system to use.
