Omor ,the day this thing happened to me ehn😂😂,I boil the egg and realized it was not well cooked and I was too lazy to go back to the kitchen,na so I put am for microwave,I just heard gboaaaa(my heart left my chest,thought it was my precious microwave😂),Chef Cassie isonu😂😂😂

It would definitely explode because there’s no shell to withhold the steam which has already built pressure because of the heat from the microwave. That’s why even when you boil your eggs in a kettle the shell cracks after sometime to allow the steam escape.

Simple Physics! Energy delivered by the microwave power source (magnetron) builds up pressure within the egg. As there is no pathway for dissipation through the shell, explosion occurs at yield stress. This is a fire hazard, due to high energy REFLECTION towards the magnetron.
