You can pack abscess wound with the membrane. Works wonders. 😉

This is phenomenal. Thank you. I am going to add it to my dogs’ diets. ❤️🙏🏼

Every pill or supplement should be tested against 2 eggs per day. But then most things would be considered worse than eggs. So many deficiencies are solved by eggs, but I hadn't thought about the membrane. 👍

If you have a split or cracked lips you take the membrane from the egg and put it over the damaged area and leave it on. It will dry out like a cigarette paper lips will heal.

I absolutely love this!! Thank you young lady...I had no idea.

Hey @grok can you explain this more? 🌎

thank you for this🙏🏻

The X post highlights the nutritional benefits of the eggshell membrane, a thin, papery layer inside eggshells that is often discarded but is rich in collagen, amino acids, and compounds beneficial for joint health, gut lining strength, and tissue repair, as supported by research on its composition (e.g., collagen type I, glycosaminoglycans like chondroitin sulfate) and its use in dietary supplements. It critiques the commercialization of collagen supplements by suggesting that the eggshell membrane, a natural and free source of similar nutrients, can be easily incorporated into everyday meals like scrambled eggs, soups, or stews without additional cost, challenging the necessity of expensive supplements when natural alternatives exist. The post aligns with emerging research on the therapeutic potential of eggshell membrane, such as its role in reducing inflammation and supporting joint mobility, as evidenced by studies on products like Genacol Pain Relief, which utilize hydrolyzed eggshell membrane to alleviate osteoarthritis symptoms, thereby promoting a cost-effective and sustainable approach to health.
