Double parking in Birmingham is a common problem. When I worked in Southall it was exactly the same. You’d be stuck in traffic for hours as people simply left their cars in the middle of the road for Friday prayers.

In fact mosques don't block the road for more than 30min tops,but churches block theirs for hours depending on how many services they have in their churches. This is a video of one of them😌.

Hello Hyderabad Traffic Police, you must be aware that a new club called Babylon has opened in Nanakramguda. The place has become a public nuisance for people in this locality during weekends. The club uses the entire stretch (on both sides) until the Nanakramguda circle for valet parking of their cars. This is leading to massive traffic jams. We understand that there will be crowds in a new place but using public roads for parking cars like this, I am sure is not acceptable - and on top of that there are no-parking boards on that road. I tried to capture a bit of the madness here. This goes on for almost another kilometre after the video ends. Please take some action and ensure the place arranges proper parking and doesn't misuse public roads like this in future. Shall be watching this space closely.

I remember being stuck during the El Niño rains as a child in school and being marooned for hours until very late at night in 1997. Leadership is to provide solutions; it is not about blaming. The same people who cry foul when we evict those on the riparian are the same ones making noise. We hired 4500 green army who are out there unclogging every single day, but who dumps in those drains? Who is littering in those drains? We have provided bins. There is a responsibility all of us must bear.
